The property is huge, the pool is warm. The bathroom is great and the water gets hot so that’s definitely a plus. The room has a air conditioner. There’s a chef for all the meals who makes the most delicious food. The staff are the most friendly people we’ve met. We were able to rent a scooter from one of the women who run the property (I’d recommend asking a few days or weeks in advance) do your self a favor and skip a car rental because parking anywhere is a task. Can’t wait to visit again!
There’s nothing about this property to dislike.

The house is great, nice decoration, huge swimming pool, the landlord was very nice with us, helped for the reservation, renting a scooter, dropping us in the center or airport. There is a service of restauration in the night that can be usefull as there is not a lot of restaurant around the place. The place is peaceful.
The location of the house is accessible by bus in 30mn (bus stop from the house at 10mn walking), the main touristic attractions on the island are more in the north, renting a motorbike or small car is better/needed, it is also part of the experience on the island.

Beautiful, peaceful place, amazing swimming pool. Leo, the singing kitchen chef, makes delicious food. Also the cocktails were great!
Huge room with very nice terrace.
We had a wonderful stay!
Not important to us but might be important to others: the bathroom looks very fancy but in the end only the normal shower function works.
The big windows in the room
could use a clean.

The nature and pool. Fresh fruit trees.
Its far from the center, however good if you want more of a Tranquil quiet experience.

Fantastic service, great food from a passionate and talented chef and the place is great if you want some peace and seclusion. The bed was huge and comfy, and the place was very spacious and chilled.
The road in is being laid so hard to drive down on a scooter, and the scooter we got from someone they recommended was a little temperamental and the smart TV isn’t so smart, but nothing that took anything away from all the upsides of this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Casa Las Palmas. This was our second time staying here and it was even better this time! The staff is beyond incredible, they are so kind and accommodating. The hotel manager even remembered my birthday from last year!!
The rooms are gorgeous, the grounds are wonderfully kept, and we fall more in love with this hotel every time.
The chef Leo is a true artist. He takes pride in his cooking. His energy is infectious and the love shines through in his food.
This hotel is such a gem. It truly is our San Andres home away from home! Thank you to everyone!

The surroundings really looked great, staff seemed very helpful.
We came in on an early flight, so it sucked that we had to wait till 3 pm to be able to access the rooms, even when we wrote in advance about our itinirary.
Unfortunately it was wasnt as close to the beach as we thought it was , so that was a downer.
I'd try again based on the helpfulness of the staff as well as knowing it would be a good place to rest and relax.

Everything! Never in my 30+ years have. been to such a special , magical and beautiful boutique hotel such as Casa De Las Palmas. The owner Gloria and her late Husband built a elegant palace that spared nothing to shine its tropical and luxurious radiance for all those willing to travel a little outside the tourist area to enjoy! The rooms are elegant, very spacious , quiet, beautiful and have amazing views of the property! The pool was so much fun and rewarding after a long day out sight seeing!! The kitchen and Chef was something me and my girlfriend looked forward too coming home every day we. visited breakfast, lunch and dinner! truly spectacular hotel.
Nothing! I loved every part of it even the distance away from the touristy areas and airport.

The swimming pool is very cool and the garden was nicely decorated. If you dont mind being away from town centre and want a quiet place to stay then it is a good option. It is an unique looking hostel.
The distance from the town centre. It is 30 minutes from the main area in San Andres. The room was basic but the air conditioning was very good.

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, big and quiet room. If you don't want to stay in center of the island, I recommend. The hotel is very close to the West View and La Piscinita.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast although it has no much options, it is simple but very nice.

Let's be nice and start with the positive things shall we?
The boutique hotel is beautiful, marvelous, magical, the room was clean, the nature surrounding the hotel it is just heavenly; beautiful enough for you to think that it's totally worth staying in it even when you know that it's 30 minutes away from the center.
But, and there's always a but, I do not recommend anyone to book a stay in that hotel. Why? Because the staff was super unfriendly, none of them smiles at you, no one welcomed us properly, no one told us about any of their services (although I read in a previous comment that they offered massages and rides to the beach...etc). They didn't give us enough towels too. We stayed for 4 nights and the first day they gave us new towels and that was it. They didn't change them on a daily basis, so I had to go ask for new ones personally and still in the last 2 days we didn't have not even 1 hand towel in the bathroom. But that's not all.
My friend Georgine had her apple watch and airpods charging in the bedroom, we went to the beach and spent the day there and when we came back the airpods were lost. She tried to find them using her apple phone and she found that they were located not that far from the hotel, so I told her let's go look for them, and we did and we couldn't find anything. The next day we were at the beach and we see that they were located at the hotel, so we call the hotel and ask Helena the receptionist if she found them and she said yes, so we drove our mule back to the hotel and asked her about them again, she said that they are not with her now but that she would give them back to us tomorrow before our flight back home. We got super furious because why not give them back to us now, she said with a low voice in Spanish that this isn't the first time this happens and that apparently there is one of the staff members who keepa robbing people and that she would bring them back to us from that staff member but without the "geffe" (the boss) to know. As if she was covering for that person so that they don't lose their job. We got sure furious and waited until the next day when they gave us back the airpods right before leaving the hotel, as if they were too ashamed of what happened.

Amazing staff, very friendly and responsive. They are trying to do everything to accommodate you. The first day they gave us a free ride to the beach close by, the second day they cut and prepared fruits for us. The building is stylish and beautiful.
Nothing. Take a note, that location is a bit far from the beach, but also far from crowds. Taxi drivers trying to scam you, the average price to centre is 50-60k.

Very nice hotel
Location and night chief at restaurant wasn't cooperative

good looking colonial house and pool area. nice people working at the bar area.
slow and poor service. bad towel service and room cleaning. mister bossman of the property came around last day of the visit bossing people around and swearing out loud. not a good thing to do when there are clients arounds. also giving the impression that this man does not treat his personnel in a good way.. all this tempered our stay here.

This is a great place if you want to get away. Its not in the city, its kind of in the middle of nowhere which is a huge plus for us. The staff is outstanding, they seem to take
pride in serving the guests. The lady who runs the place is a huge asset. If you need something ask her.
For the price it needs to be 100% on point. The hot tub wasnt hot and the bathtub didnt work which was why it got a 9 and not a 10.

We had an AIR bnb in the centre of the town but after so many problems we decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel. The deluxe room was beautiful, the jacuzzi worked well. The pool was lovely and the grounds were great.
The cocktails from the bar were all terrible, surprisingly bad. We had a margarita and G&T's. We stopped buying them and moved to wine.
