Hotel was very clean and European Standard, staff was speaking English and friendly. They quickly change the room upon problem. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Location was also cool and near shops as, coffee, ice cream, restaurants and grocery. 24 hours grocery was also very near.
Water in pool was cold and in general pool room was cold.

Nothing
Facilities in general is very old, rooms are quite aged too. Walls not isolated so you can hear everything. Didn't like a thing. Wouldn't recommend

everything worked
LIghtbulb needed replaced in bathroom. The heater made the room really stuffy, so you had to open the window right away.

Very comfortable room, super clean, friendly staff, amazing, tidy lobby. Pharmacy and a general store in the neighbouring building. The room has good sound insulation
Few electrical outlets which are not easily accessible not very convenient for people with a lot gadgets.
The security was trying to engage in inappropriate political discourse with me while I was hanging around the lobby. Not too big of a deal and that’s basically the worst thing I could find about the hotel.

The room was cosy and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very responsive and fixed the issue upon request. The breakfast was very varied and fresh!
Walking with a heavy suitcase between two buildings through a passage and stairs. The problem was solved with the help of floor staff.

It has a pool and a simple breakfast buffet with tea, coffee, oatmeal, eggs, fruit and bread. It has a bus stop in front, you can reach the center of the city in around 30 minutes.

Very comfortable bed in the duplex suite with good quality bed linen. I enjoyed using the sauna (you should ask at reception for them to turn it on 1.5-2 hours before you want it), and slept well. The breakfast was reasonable, with a different kind of porridge each day as well as eggs etc. It worked well for me when I needed to eat in the hotel for dinner to order and have them ring my room when it was ready so I could return to eat. As many others have mentioned there is no kettle in the room just a thermos but it was very easy and convenient to go to the dining room and fill up from there to make tea in the room.
The pool is about 15 metres long and I would have swum in it had the water been warmer. They could do with putting reclining chairs around it instead of the ones they have (rather more upright!) for relaxing between sauna visits. There was a persistent hum (like a generator or heating system) in the room which wasn't so restful - but as I had earplugs I was still able to get some sleep.
