快適に過ごせました

施設は清潔感があり、シャワーなど水回りも不自由ありませんでした。静かなエリアにあります。近くにはレストランやATMがあり、徒歩15〜20分程度で博物館やアラ・トー広場などへ訪れることのできるよい立地でした。スタッフは、英語で意思疎通ができ、ホスピタリティも高くて、安心して過ごすことができました。

Stay away from this place

Nothing

They offered premium rooms when booking, 4 rooms were available. When I came they said they have no premium rooms, only regular with 2 beds on the top floor. The elevator did not work. Though they charged the same price as for a premium room :( Air conditioner was a waste of power. It was very hot in the room, no fridge for drinks. I suggest to avoid this hotel. Very disappointing.

Mükemmel...

Kahvaltıdaki samsa ve süt çok güzeldi. Bence lezzetli ve oldukça da yeterliydi. Odada kahvaltı yapabilmek çok güzel oluyor. Odalar çok genişti. Banyoda kişiye özel bir set vardı (diş macunu, diş fırçası, tarak vs.). Otelin konumu çok merkezi. En iyisi ise resepsiyondaki personelin aşırı ilgili ve güler yüzlü olmasıydı.

TV sürekli sorun çıkardı.

Silk road logde is a very comfortable hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly, and breakfast is good and diverse. It's not far at all from central avenue. I would recommend!

Lovely hotel in a good location.

Staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Convenient location with a lot of interesting places to walk nearby. Quiet street. Beautiful garden. Spacious room.

Good start to my trip

I had a very nice stay at the Silk Lodge. The room was a little worn, but very spacious with separate sitting and sleeping areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location isn't quite in the centre, but walking distance to everything. The breakfast was generous and I enjoyed the local music videos being shown in the breakfast area! The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport and actually charged me less than the quoted price.

Very comfortable, good facilities and very friendly staff.

The room was huge and the bed super comfortable. Also the shower was pretty powerful which is a huge plus for me. The WIFI connection and the breakfast were both good.

It would be great if the WIFI could be boosted to extend to the breakfast room downstairs. There was some construction noise when I stayed there, but not much can be done about that.

Great place to stay in Bishkek

The room is big and beds/sofa/chair for work are comfortable. Breakfast has different selections. Welcoming staffs. Location is right at the centre but is in a quiet street.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and kind. Breakfast very tasty and lots of options. I required first aid at one point and the staff were so caring and diligent. Couldn't have asked for better!

The style is quite outdated. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the armchair was not.

Cosy budget hotel, with all thing needed

Very friendly receptionists, they spoke fluent English, helped us with laundry, taxi and other things. Big room with beds in separate room. Quiet area, very central. Fast wifi, tea kettle, good bathroom. Cosy, however not the most modern hotel in town.

Nice hotel, good location but internet facilities should be upgraded

Location is great. 5-10 min walk to parks and center part of the city

Wi-Fi quality. If you plan to work from hotel you should have a backup like 5G internet or something. Last to evenings connection dropped each 2 minutes.

Location was good, central and convenient. The breakfast in old Soviet style when you don't have a choice, a sole menu is decided by the staff.

The view of my window was the construction site; it smelled of tobacco smoking in my room. Other than that all was good.

Good cost-benefit ratio

This is a great value for money in terms that you get what you pay for - we had a quite big twin room, beds were comfy and staff is very very kind. Of course everything is a bit outdated but it worked for us and in my view a bit better than on the photos.. Breakfast is a single choice, which for some might be limiting but if you like porridge and eggs, it will be fine for you. Dinning room is very pleasant with lots of light, plants and flowers and piano. Outdoors garden is beautiful for hanging out. Location is quite good, we mostly walked everywhere. Biggest impression are kind and accommodating young people at the reception.

There is actually no terrace in entire building although is enlisted in rooms as if there is. There is garden though. No coffee options in the morning, you might get a capsule for machine for extra charge, if machine is not broken. Hot water pressure is mostly weak.
