The valet is absolutely outrageous, at almost $50 and it’s mandatory. Signage about valet is false, making you think you have the option to self park. The front desk was rude and condescending. It was not a great experience. Valet was smoking in front of my kids as we were walking in. It was a terrible experience.

Parking was ridiculous only free street parking which hardly was none and they wanted $42 a day for valet parking in their garage. That was your only two options.

Bar was great, hotel was clean and nice, poor parking and plan to use Valet.

Staff was nice. Elevators fast and place was very clean. There are some construction in the area but you couldn’t hear the noise. I just would like to know in advance that parking is not included, you have to pay valet and it cost $42 + tax.

Room was definitely outdated and don’t look anything close to how it is advertised. Overall not a bad experience, just was expecting an updated room. Front desk and check in as well as bar were great!

Staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was quick and easy to grab on the run or enjoy if you had time. The location to downtown was close but not too close.
Only disappointment was the noise. Sirens in the city were pretty loud and our neighboring rooms were very loud and woke us up when they came back from their night out.

Great experience. Booked last minute and staff was very accommodating.

30 mins walk from the centre. Room basic brought to the staffs attention regarding shower leaking and non stop dripping but nothing done at check out. Bar etc closed at 10pm.

Everything thing was great except for the fact of having to pay $43 per night to park your car.
0.5 / 5.0
This was an extremely disappointing property. Little to no soundproofing means that you get to enjoy the nightly drag races on the street around the corner as well as every minute cough, use of shower at 3 am by your neighbour, the enjoyment of the people in the room above yours tip tapping around in high heels from midnight to 2 am, no security guards when requested, shabby hallway carpeting complete with bleach stains, loud dinging from the elevators ( when operable ), chipped walls, flaking ceilings and a bathroom sink faucet that is about to fall off. Valet parking is exorbitant and almost double what is being charged at The Graduate across the street ( we actually parked our vehicle ourselves because the rental fit in the space directly beside the driveway and there was no attendant to be found).

Great hotel at an affordable rate. In walking distance to Broadway and many entertainment and food option.

Didn't want to stay right downtown due to the cost, so we tried out the Hayes St. Hotel. It is only a block off of Broadway, but a good walk to downtown. It may have taken us 15-20 minute walk, but worth it.
We elected to park in Hayes Street parking garage next block up from hotel for $28/night versus $46 valet at the hotel.
Room was good, the air worked, shower was good, frig kept stuff cold and enjoyed our two night stay.
The free breakfast was nothing to brag about, more like snacks. Muffins, oatmeal, danish pastries, some fruit and juices. Maybe something to just hold you over for a bit.
Nice bars up around the corner too if you do not want to go downtown all the time. Red Door Saloon, Losers, Hopsmith and Chuy's to name a few.
Bottom line, I would stay here again.

Great location but the hotel was a little run down. Lots of restaurant and bar choices within walking distance

Parking attendants were very helpful and friendly. But did not offer to hold luggage when we were 1 hr early for check in. Had to ask twice for fresh towels. Overall, very satisfied

Very plan . Floor in hallway by bathroom was ruiened from water damaged and door to bathroom .Breakfast was a joke to pay $42 for valet parking which i could of parked my self . As we needed someting from our car and it was right beside and behind building. Valet person was polite one chair for two people

Horrible. No internet in room for entire stay of four days. Blinds broken down position room really dark. Air smelled every time AC turned on and AC was very loud No fan in bathroom no lock on bathroom door. Really terrible experience.

Great locations. Safe walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking was easy (though valet was a bit pricey). Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A good bar in the hotel. Modern, stylish decor.

Very friendly staff. Hot coffee seems to be accessible all day which is a huge plus. Also fresh water

The hotel was ok however there was no cleaning done of my room during my stay and the duvet was just placed in between 2 sheets which as soon as you move the duvet it doesn’t stay together and your left with a duvet with no cover. The pillows were also super old and not fluffy. Would have been better if house keeping had refreshed the room as we ran out of towels. Breakfast was also very limited!

no room cleaning unless requested; room was dirty; window shades did not function; slept with outside light shinning in room; no hot water at bathroom sink breakfast was a waste of time and money (only protein boiled egg) other breakfast items stale out of date; no restaurants in walking distance;

I didn’t have enough light in the room.the parking was too expensive.the amenities said parking was available. NO mention about being valet with $42 fee.we have to watch our funds and we were way out of our budget. Plus I was supposed to get a silver price and didn’t get it. Breakfast was all carbs.nuff said

The staff, location, and price were great. The room quality was poor. There was an active leak from the AC that cause the floor and area rug to be soaking wet and there was prolonged water damage. Shower fixtures were confusing and falling apart. The water pressure was a trickle. After we alerted staff about the water leak, they did move us to a new room, though the bathroom fixtures in that room were falling out of the wall. Overall, would not stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife, couple next door was screaming and fighting and throwing items all night, called down to the front desk but no one came and the fighting continued all night. We felt unsafe and wanted to cancel our second night stay, Expedia contacted the property manager who refused to refund us despite checking out before the check out time. Horrible customer support, do not recommend staying here!!

This hotel is the right place to stay for a get away weekend. Close to Broadway, restaurants and bars everywhere and activities too so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk anywhere. This is perfect hotel.

Friendly staff at the front desk, but bartender completely ignored me so I went down the street for a drink! The beds are not great and all the pillows were flat and tired. Room was reasonably clean but I did find a few random hairs that aren't mine.

Great location and surrounding amenities! Valet parking is over priced!

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately I didn’t know that valet parking was the only parking so that was unexpected on the trip.
