This place was great! We had half of our fantasy football league stay here for our draft and everyone RAVED about this place! Very spacious and the location was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Great location next to Mississippi made it easy and convenient to get around. We did not spend a ton of time in the house, but enjoyed the King beds and a little time in the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was completely renovated, comfortable and spacious. We had fun relaxing on the front porch and it was great to be able to walk to restaurants and shops!

This is a lovely home with plenty of space. The beds are comfortable the house is clean. My only complaint is that the outside areas was clean. It's a great space, but there was so much debris from spring time seed pods and pollen we couldn't use it and there wasn't a broom for us to sweep it up. Otherwise, I highly recommend this house.

The house was roomy, clean, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, such a cool decor vibe and had a fun photo op spot right in the house!!! We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

This property is so well appointed! Beautiful appliances, too bad we didn’t have time to cook or use the hot tub! Private parking was cool, especially on the weekend.
The bunk beds could use some tightening to the frame. The upstairs bed frame was too squeaky, we had to move to another room! But the shower room upstairs was to die for! Also, weird thing with the bottle of wine on the bar, was that just for show or complimentary?

The house was great! Clean, modern, open, well furnished. Everyone said it was the perfect place for our friend reunion. The location was perfect. N Mississippi Ave had so much to offer.

We rented this home to meet up with my in laws for a family memorial service weekend. We had six adults (3 couples) and four kids between the ages of 4-8. The house was perfectly set up for each family to have living space on each floor. The kitchen was better stocked than expected when it came to cooking supplies, utensils, etc. Unfortunately, we happened to be in town during a blizzard/winter storm, so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or walk around the neighborhood as much as we would have liked. That said, there were lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bars nearby to enjoy. If we ever find ourselves in Portland again, I would consider booking this property again.

Beautiful home in great location with very very kind host. Would rent again as a first choice. Folks were so kind to me during a very vulnerable time and I am very grateful. Thank you so much for a safe healing space.

Great alternative to a week long hotel stay.

Our extended family stayed here for my sister’s wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! Clean, well maintained, comfortable and in a great walkable neighborhood. We had such a wonderful stay.

This house served as an ideal spot for our group birthday trip. Each couple enjoyed a spacious and comfortable bed. The mattress and pillows were surprisingly nice, and the layout offered quiet corners for everyone when we weren't all in the main living space together. The birthday guest loved the primary bathroom upstairs and the swing above the lower stairs made for some cute picture opportunities even though it doesn't actually swing.
Although our trip was adults only, there were plenty of family options if we had brought the kids (fuseball, ladder ball, jenga, etc)
The location offered multiple breakfast options and bars right within walking distance, yet on a quiet street front. We would happily stay here again.

As 9 adults, we found more than enough space to enjoy a 4 day weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and furniture /beds very well maintained. Oven unlocking system is confusing and we were not able to use it. The outdoor areas are also well -maintained,and comfortable; the hot tub, bubblers and temperature were perfect. Providing a few extra hand towels towels per bathroom would have been a lovely addition. We ran out of toilet paper by day three. More than three dishwasher tabs would also have been appreciated.

I couldn't sing higher praises about our stay in the Mississippi Villa. The property was stunning. The appliances and finishes are all updated and modern. We loved the "Portland" sign inside with the green backdrop. Great for pictures. Location was also great. short walk away to some great food and bars.

House is located in a very walkable neighborhood. It was setup very well for our group of eight, and met our needs well.
We had a small maintenance issue while we were there and the property management team were quick to respond.
Hot tub was very relaxing. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so make sure you’re not too loud after 10, or you will hear about it.

We had a very nice stay and the house was situated in a very desirable location. Very close to great food choices, coffee shops and bars. The neighborhood is charming and we really enjoyed our stay. The layout was very good to accommodate our large group with giving us all enough privacy and space.
The only thing I would note is that the inside of the home has a noise meter which is monitoring noise levels at all times and sends automatic messages if it gets too loud inside. This was not disclosed on the listing and I was pretty shocked when I received these messages saying that we would be evicted. At this point we had all moved inside and were talking in normal voices with some music on in the background. Needless to say this did put a damper on my mood that night. I would recommend the listing include this in the future. Other than that we all really liked the home.

We needed to find a place close to the Chiles Center. This place was less than 10 minutes away, a perfect location. The house was amazing, would definitely stay here again.

This house is beautifully updated and styled as well as very comfy and functional. There was lots of space for 10 adults to hang out, cook meals, etc. without feeling cramped in the slightest. Beds were super comfortable. We had a fabulous time here! The only drawback was not having an abundance of basic staple items like toilet paper, dish soap, etc- we needed to purchase those but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall fantastic house in a fun Portland neighborhood.

This was a fabulous stay! It was clean, easy to park and fit all 10 of our family members under one roof with plenty of space for quiet and alone time. The location was perfect with walkable restaurants, local shops and bars. The hot tub, popcorn machine and foosball were all added bonuses. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to two or three great commercial streets, as well as the proximity to the Pearl District. The downstairs, the upper bathroom, and the lovely garden all made for many happy, relaxed hours.

This is a great property. We had a family members together for a graduation, and there was privacy for everyone, and plenty of space for everyone to gather. It was disappointing that hot tub was full of ants and not useable. The fees on this property at check out are higher then what I have experienced with other homes. Had I been paying attention at time of booking I probably would not have booked. But it is a great place to stay and I would recommend for large family groups.

The house location was unbeatable and there was plenty of room to stretch out. The 2 parking spaces was a real plus since street parking is tough at certain times. Great time and would definitely stay again.

I attended a wedding in town and this was the perfect for our family to share. There are 5 bedrooms and two great common areas to relax and was close to restaurants and shops. There’s also a hot tub outside that was a nice treat.
Not a big issue but we ran out of things like toilet paper and paper towels - only an ‘initial supply’ is provided. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.
That said, the house is super clean and is so tastefully decorated we would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 3 children. We have other family that live in the neighborhood, so the large, well-stocked kitchen and big dining table provided a perfect spot to cook and eat together. We were snowed-in for a few days and the house was warm and cozy, with plenty of room to relax. It was super-clean, with all amenities as listed. Highly recommend!

Really cool spot! Ideal for walking to easy and drinks in the neighborhood. Lots of space and comfortable beds! Plenty of room to enjoy relaxing in a quiet area.
Very accommodating as well. We were able to check in early with no hassle. The team was very quick with responses as well!

This is a fun neighborhood with a lot of fun shops, restaurants, and parks. The house was plenty large enough for our group of 10z well appointed and had everything we needed.

We stayed with 8 teenage boys. The house is super cute, great appliances, everything you need and plent of space to head out. The boys all disappeared downstairs to play foosball, lounge on the bean bags and enjoy their own space. We even enjoyed the hot tub after a chilly wet day. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms really nice. I’d be happy to make this place my go to stay in Portland.

Everything was as described and as expected. Group of five friends. Would stay here again.

This is a comfortable house and a nice location. there was plenty of room for our crew of 5 adults, 2 dogs and 1 yr old. Plenty of coffee, restaurants, food trucks etc to walk to. My only complaint about our stay was that when we arrived we found that the fire pit and outdoor furniture were not assembled. The fire pit was out of fuel. we'd looked forward to having a glass of wine by the fire on that first night before it started to rain for the rest of the weekend. Not only was the fire pit unusable, however, but there was a construction crew working outside on the property's ADU, so sharing the back yard with the whine of power tools wasn't the most appealing prospect. I texted the property manager, who said the crew would leave within the hour (in fact, they left two hours later). All the outside trash bins were full of refuse from the construction crew etc, including recycling full of food and other non-recyclables so that was sort of gross, too. The property manager was very responsive, but it seemed like the house was not entirely ready to provide the outdoor amenities advertised in the listing. If I were to stay again, I would shoot them an email in advance to make sure there would not be workers/disruption in the backyard during my stay and that the fire pit was fueled and ready to go.

We had such an incredible time at the house. Everything was beautiful and fully Instagram worthy. Would absolutely stay again!
