No WiFi in the room
Poor breakfast

Quiet, italian place, rooms are big, you have everything what you need. Can use coffee machine, drinks juice, bear, milk, watter, eat in any time day/night. Staff are really helpfull, they help us lot, thank them ! Parking is in yard, secured.
Breakfast is italian breakfast, only croissant, and you can use nutela, jam, some other bread, cookies, and drinks. It is really good, but who wants to eat a lot, it is not enough.

Materasso troppo molle, è opportuno investire su doghe migliori e materasso in memory.

Location - away from restaurants, cafes.
Impressions - a complete disappointment. No air conditioning, hot. Breakfast is one name. Bedding - feeling dirty, foreign hair. We were forced to leave early. I do not recommend.

WAUW! what a beautiful surprise this originial villa, run by a very nice family!! great big room, very clean and a good breakfast!
we were advised to have diner at Il Dollaro, the only restaurant in the village (closed on monday) which opened at 6pm, which
was also great! beautiful area and a good stop-over driving to Amsterdam.

There's no air conditioner in the rooms and staff is also not professional
It's horrible place

The unique atmosphere of the place, the tidiness of the rooms, the kindness and customer orientation of the staff are really commendable. By my request a sugar and gluten free breakfast had prepared every morning, at the desired time. Perfectly arranged and cleaned room welcomed me at my return in the evening every day.
There is no issue to mention here, maybe the blinds could be more easily adjustable for the evening.

The building, the garden and the room, stylish and cosy. Owner very kind: she prepared a vegan breakfast as desired by us.

Fantastic building and great location...although MONDAY is very quiet in the village and nothing is open.
But every other night the bar pizza pasta place next door is ideal and central.
On our last night....the owners came out to car park..as we arrived..to inform us of a fuel strike planned for the next 2 days and mapped out the nearest fuel staion for fuelling up that night.
They were our saviours!.....as we had to get back to the UK in the next 36 hrs or so.
Breakfast...if you are british or German ..breakfast is a bit limited....hmmmm
But if you are Italian or French...it is great.........Yeahhhhh
If you are Scottish or from Manchester...have a coffee and a fag.......sod it!

The staff was amazing! Maurizio, the property manager, went above and beyond. The room was very clean and freshly painted. The area is in the country but there are great trails to walk and an amazing sculpture garden about a 30 minute hike from the hotel.
