Good value for a city trip or escape to beach and city

Good location. Easy to reach center by train, bus, tram; close to beach. Cafes and restaurants just around. Quiet and clean area. Good for stay for 1-4 nights. Heating for winter and AC for summer

Visita valencia.

Nuevo.. con todas las comodidades. Muy limpio todo. Con toallas. Jabón. Kit de limpieza. Secador.

Por comentar. Quizás apartamento con poca luz. Daba a patio interior. Pero para una noche, no hace falta más. Todo está muy bien!

Acogedora y recomendable

Era precioso, estaba muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. Un detalle que me encantó fue que tenía cerrado para que lo estrenáramos nosotras, el estropajo y la bayeta de la cocina.

La única pega que le encontré el último día y por eso no pude avisar a los chicos fue que el enchufe del lado izquierdo de la cama no funcionaba. Ah y que no había aceite ni sal, siempre que me he hospedado en apartamentos lo han tenido y contaba con ello, nada que no se pueda solucionar pero la primera cena lo echamos en falta.

for this money we could rent 2 numbers in hotel.

Nice location- just 10 min walking to the beach and supermarket. There is a small balcony for drying things

Internet connection was missing all 7 days, bad soundproofing -very noisy at the night. We booked for 4 persons, but here was only three sleeping places, below is a photo of how we come up with a fourth sleeping place for this money, staff did not help. it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Very dirty curtains.

Great apartment

The apartment was very clean and has towels, kitchen equipment, soap and is very close to the beach. Around you have lots of shops, bars and restaurant and bus stops are right infront of the building if you want to go to the center or to the city of arts.

We would choose this apartment once again next time when we will be in Valencia.

Lovely place, perfect for a couple or small group!

It was the perfect space for three of us for a weekend break! it was out of the centre so it was quiet, but it was a short walk to the beach and so easy to access the city centre! there was also a shop just across the road which is so convenient!

as expected in most lodgings, walls very thin and you can hear a lot of wind throughout the night from the way the windo

Spacious, comfortable, clean,

the refrigerator smelt of old fish, very weird? the hairdryer is not very good, the walls are paper thin and it sounds like a wind tunnel outside of the window all night long, the sound really travels.

Small, but comfy apratament.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was nice and clean,everything working fine. Perfect for family 2 +1. Location is good 5 mins walk to the beach and marina. No oven, washing machine, and dishwasher but for us was fine because we have food in town. Lift was very handy apartment is based on 4th floor 😉

Sofa bed in living room could be a bit bigger.

Great staff in an underwhelming flat

Great staff! Super friendly and helpful. You can rent a bike from them at a discount, which is nice. The flat is close to the beach, 12 min walk from the train station and 30min walk from the Oceanographic.

Floor was very dusty when we arrived. The shower (head and area) is too small. You can barely turn around without messing with the water temperature. The air conditioner was very dirty and we couldn't use it. TVs are old, not smart. So no streaming whatsoever. All in all the flat is much simpler than the photos may suggest, a bit disappointing.

great little appartment close to the beach with a couple of grocery stores near.

clean, perfect sized appartment, good enough for a small family. kitchen had a microwave and all the utilities. very friendly staff, did her best in every way to help us.

paperthin walls, neighbours partied and made lots of noise. but the staff handled it very well, parties stopped once we informed the staff. this was absolutely not their fault. staff took action asap.

The hosts worked right underneath our apartment -- and hence always available, they were reliable and friendly. The location was great but accommodations were a bit spartan.

We will come back!

The apartment was clean, the communication with the host was fine and prompt. The location is the best! Close to everything, including the beach.

The walls in the bedroom are quite thin so you can hear everything the other people do, but we were lucky as our neighbors were not particularly noisy. This is not a minus, but a suggestion: it would be great to have laundry - washing machine at least to be able to wash clothes, probably available for everyone in the building or separately in each apartment, as it can come handy to wash clothes, but we used a laundromat nearby so it was also fine.

overall very average.

location was good.

very basic. sofa bed not good quality at all. no toilet paper provided and we arrived in the middle of the night ! the fridge door was broken. we were told to call them 20 minutes before arriving as we had a late check in and nobody was answering the phone which was very stressful as it was the middle of the night and we had two very tired children with no idea if we had someone to receive us give the keys. in the end someone was there but it caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

nice personal, great location

Great location, spacious room for 1 to 2 people in the smaller apartment. Very friendly personal, they helped in everything.

extrem thin walls, you can here even when the phone alarm went on in the other apartment in the morning
