Front desk was great. Jennifer was especially pleasant and helpful. Restaurant credit was appreciated and the atmosphere/service was good there too.

Stopped halfway on a trip down East side of Sierras. Breathtaking region (at 8000 ft altitude and beautiful scenery). Our room was cozy and clean. Service response was quick after I noticed someone had disconnected the fridge and the freezer was full of meltwater. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wife and I stayed here for a couple days to go check out the fall colors and hike with our puppy. Staff was friendly and the room was just as advertised. Very dog friendly hotel with small dog park and walking paths with waste bags & bins. Great location near all the restaurants, grocery store, and ski shops. I would stay here again.

I love staying here! Great place to bring you dog too! The common areas are welcoming and well done. The beds are comfortable!! The Felix fireplace room has a wonderful deep tub for a soak after playing hard in Mammoth. I have stayed here many times and it is my go-to place.

We only stayed for one night and even though it appears they are fixing it or it’s a fairly new property , the place is very nice , I’d like to come back to it again . I’d say give them a try .

The room was fine. BUT, 25 buck for resort fee when there is NO BAR, no vending machines for late night snacks. The Parking lot is a mess.

Great place to stay. The only issue was there were no screens on the windows so we had to turn on the AC instead, to make the room comfortable.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, always a pleasure. The beds and pillows are ridiculously comfortable and my only complaint is that it makes it extremely hard to get out of bed.

Under roofing construction - noisy. No bar or restaurant. Extremely out-of-date, in need of reno or bulldozer.

Omg! Its under construction and i cpuld not breath, mulch everywhere. Fan bathroom broken older hotel. The carpets are old. However the staff was super nice!

The property was dated and had a missing smoke detector and poor wifi.

Nothing Special - Average at best!
Hot tub “not working”, Bathroom exhaust fan hanging by wires and not functional, room phone had no buttons / unusable and the shower head and mirror were both WAY TO LOW for this 6’3” man (or anybody over 5’8”). Had to squat, stoop, bend and twist to shower. For the price look elsewhere: Plenty of other options in Mammoth

Upon check in although the lady at check in was very nice I had 3 loads to bring to my room and not one cart to bring all my gear after a long drive that sucked. I upgraded to a fireplace not for the fire place but to get a tub. Nice little kitchen and living area bed is a bit hard sadly hope I get through the night - all is well at least I got a nice soak in the tub. Check out time is way too early and they charge for a standard check out time that's not cool - also you get a s'mores set for the outdoor fire pit but a guest told me about it had no clue it came with my stay.....get your s'mores it's really a great idea if you know about it.

The room was fine. One small trash can.. Thats annoying. A/C was horrible had to open window. And paid 10$ extra for "Mountain view" we could barely see the view because the was a big truck blocking.

Helpful and friendly reception. Conveniently located within walking distance of most destinations. Seems to be a good value for Mamoth Lakes…

I liked my room but the cooing fan did not cool the room down. The staff was very nice and the location is great.

A tree fell on the power lines and we had no electricity for 24 hours. They should have had some generators or something to keep us safe. We left a day early because of the darkness and unsafe conditions.

Such a beautiful location and close to plenty to do. This time of year was epic.

Very disappointing. For nearly $300 a night, I would expect more than a run down motel that smells of old shoes. Upon check in I was greeted by a receptionist who seemed to be mocking my last name (I am Asian). The carpet and furnishings are in need of major upgrades and our room had a hot pot instead of a coffee maker (How exactly does that work with the coffee service kits provided?) The outside hallway door is left open all night to the general public and I was disturbed by someone knocking on my door claiming to know me (I did not know them.) I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

We had a single bungalow, which Past my expectations. Had a full kitchen very nice bathroom very large and private. The atmosphere is really cool fireplace everywhere. If you’re going to go to Mammoth, this is the spot to stay.

Stayed here twice and the hot tub was broken both times and the sauna wasn’t very hot.
1.5 / 5.0
The hotel is fine. Staff is very friendly. That being said, our friends first rooms bed was broken as well as the side chair. The room they were moved to was a downgrade but they were offered nothing. Hot tub worked the first night but then didn’t work for the next two days. We were told repeatedly they’d turn it on- but it never got past Luke warm. Overall, for the price, I’d stay elsewhere.

Disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't very warm compared to when i was there in March. Spoke to other guests who had been there in April and they mentioned it wasn't working then either.
