A good hotel in a good location especially if travelling by train to Central Station. The decor is quite quirky! Only complaint we had was that the had run out of Prosecco on a Saturday at 4pm…not a big deal but not good planning considering it was a weekend and close to Christmas.

Booked a twin room for two adults, was given a rokm with a double and sofa bed. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and pillows very soft, no support.poor nights sleep.

Comfortable and in a great spot

Room was clean enough with the usual budget hotel. The bed fairly comfortable, if a little firm. Decor beginning to tire a little, the wall was marked near the door and the TV remote control was held together by sellotape. Very little noise from within the hotel and only a little from the street below. Breakfast wasn’t great, buffet style. The hot items had clearly been sitting for a long time and had become tough and very greasy. Perhaps hot items could be cooked to order. A decent variety of cold items available as an alternative but no dairy free options.

Lovely modern, clean and well presented hotel, with a few extras

Staff were exceptional, pleasant, helpful and went over and above to assist with a number of issues I had during our short stay.
Breakfast good, plenty of choice.
Quirky design. Food available in restaurant as well.

Rooms are basic at best, a prison cell is better appointed!. Show thermostat was faulty, got scalded by very hot water. Duty manger was unhelpful

Very good !

Great little find. Super location. Super comfortable bed and clean bathroom. My only suggestion is a shelf to put your hair tools on beside the mirror would be perfect. Had to lut them on the florr and was afraid of burning the carpet.

Very friendly, helpful staff. No option for poached eggs at breakfast only scrambled. Limited pastries on offer (only croissants)
Despite being a Hotels. Com VIP member, I didn't receive any of the stated perks

Rooms were clean and the facility itself was quiet - just what I was looking for. It was conveniently located and I was able to walk to everything I needed during my stay.

It was a last minute booking and the staff were fantastic. Decent breakfast as well. Felt very safe and walked to many attractions.

You had to pay for breakfast, no problem but there was no variety and no porridge/oatmeal offered. Same food every morning.

The people were friendly. The rooms are clean and the lounge is a great escape from your room of it’s raining!

Very good for the price--a decent hotel with clean beds, big windows, nice bathrooms, and a restaurant, cafe and bar downstairs.

Hotel was a solid three star hotel. A couple of annoyances around edges. Pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was hit and miss and felt like there were x number of pastries do arrive late and get none. Not sure what their clientele are like generally but a few interaction suggested they try and trick their way into breakfast and kick off when being asked to leave a free pool table. Based on my stay this felt like they needed to tone it down a bit but I was there with my young lad.

Nice hotel, with a great little bar/food area.
Surprisingly quiet overnight for the middle of Glasgow - comfy beds and cosy rooms.
Would book again, despite being a little pricey for one night!

Great property. Great food and drink options on site and close by the hotel. Room was a bit small, but manageable. Just needed to avoid bumping the TV hanging on wall at the foot of the beds.

Definitely not exceptional or good .
Warning : they don’t let u check in even a minute before .
Not clean rooms ! Carpet wasn’t vacuumed . Full with crumbs n human hair . Both twin beds were sloppy in the middle ! Extremely uncomfortable beds . No changing of bed sheets in my three days stay or vacum until requested
No microwave on the premises for guests .
Breakfast was traditional not exceptional! It’s not free but can include with a payment . Unstable wifi .
I didn’t understand what part was my VIP access through out my stay 🤔.

The Ibis is a chain hotel that offers simple but comfortable accommodation. This particular hotel had a musical retro theme which made it unique. My room was quite small, it had a bed that pretty much took all the space a chair right next to it and that was all. There was a t.v. with local channels and the bathroom amenities were pretty much hand soap and body soap and shampoo. I didn’t stay in the room much so didn’t need more but for the price it would be nice to add a few more amenities. The tea kettle was inside the closet and it had basic tea and Nescafé. What made this hotel great was its location; it is walking distance from the center of town, close to everything: museums, cafes, restaurants, transportation, bars, etc…

This IBiS hotel is in a convenient location, but their idea of what constitutes a “family room” is quite a stretch.

Upon arrival we went to the hatch where the neon lights saying ‘Check-in’ beckoned us to go.
Quite a few staff member milling around seemingly busy sorting the tunes and ignoring the weary travellers laden down with bags standing there.
Several minutes passed before a voice behind us asked ‘are you checking in?’
I am not sure what gave it away 😀
Anyway we went to room we stayed the night the pillows were terrible and for the price the Ibis Styles must up their game.
Will we return? Debatable.

Handy for city centre but quite noisy
