Modernes Apartment in einem der wenigen Hochhäuser Helsinkis mit hervorragener Aussicht

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem neuen Stadtteil Helsinkis. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem der wenigen neuen Hochhäuser der Stadt und bietet dementsprechend eine hervorragende Aussicht. Das Zimmer hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht und ist geräumig. Zudem befindet sich im gleichen Haus ein Einkaufszentrum sowie die Metro. Parken stellt auch kein Problem dar, da es eine Tiefgarage gibt.

Es gibt kaum etwas auszusetzen, jedoch könnte die Sauberkeit beim Eintreffen etwas verbessert werden. So konnte man teilweise Haare und etwas Staub finden. Zudem kann es im Winter sehr kalt werden und die Heizung kann das leider nicht ausgleichen, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Comfortable with great view

We were very surprised with the place. The apartment is situated on the 14th floor of skyscrapper. It is modern, well equipped and clean. If you want to park your car you will need a special time card to put it visibly in the car.

Very good

Booked the place last minute since it was a short business trip. Property is close to the shopping mall and Metro station which makes commute easy. Recommended place to stay with family.

Superb

Good location. Short walk from the metro and bus stop. Grocery stores were the same building. Nice view and a beautiful rooftop terrace. I liked that we could open the window, to let some fresh air in.

Great Apartment with the best views of Helsinki

Location was excellent, with metro and shopping centre under the building. Enjoyed the roof terrace with stunning views of Helsinki. Well equipped apartment. Good directions of how to get there. Would use again if available.

Not much that we didn't like. Pillows could be improved by being bigger and firmer perhaps. Outside door was broken on first day but was quickly fixed and didn't cause a problem. Describing the shortcut to 3rd floor MTR exit and entry in a more obvious place would be useful. We only worked it out on our last day.

clean and comfortable with easy access to public transport. great views and access to the mall. spacious for a family of 4.

only had 2 towels and the room was booked for 4 people. pillows are more like decorative pillows. overall we loved it. these things are minor!

Nice place to stay. Close to the port

It was a clean, modern apartment. Beautiful view from windows. Kitchen facilities. Even were some sweets like nutella cream and ice cream. Cosy vibes. Very comfy beds and fresh air. The owner was very helpful. One night was not enough, we wanted to stay more.

Was hard to find the apartments (it took over 30 min) , even if the owner wrote the details in the chat. Because of massive construction around this apartment. The parking lot is far. There were 5 of us, and linen laid out only for 4 people. had to look for an extra blanket and pillow, took a bit of time. Found some black hair in the closet

a nice flat with view but access to get out or go in, especially after 9pm, was tricky.

Gorgeous apartment in lovely area

Loved the location. It was approx 20minutes from the airport by taxi but next time we would for sure just take the metro as there is a metro below the apartment.The owner greeted us on arrival and was kind and gave us some helpful tips on the area. If you went through floor 3 it took you right into a mall with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The apartment was spotlessly clean with some nice views. We didn't use the kitchen but could see that it was well stocked with all that you'd need to cook with. I was able to use the washing machine which with 3 kids was great. It was lovely and quiet with comfortable beds (they are firm but that's what we like) which allowed us to have a good night's sleep. Extra towels, iron, hairdryer etc could all be found in cupboards. It was more pricey than other places we looked at but it was well worth the money.

I was paranoid about my kids making any noise as it is in a quiet residential spot with wooden flooring.
