Lovely place and kind hostess.

The room is not large, but it is super comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is wonderful, with a strong shower with hot water. The location is great, you can do everything on foot and if you need public transport it's super easy. Furthermore, Carolina is a sweetheart, super attentive and kind. She gave me a list of places to eat and drink incredible coffee. I would definitely stay there again. It was amazing!

観光に最適！おしゃれできれいな設備で快適なステイ

ロケーションがよくスーパーや有名な通りなどありよかった。設備も新しくきれいでおしゃれでまたキッチンも無料のお茶や水、調味料やキッチン用具などかなり充実していた。駅からは少し遠い分チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたこともすごく助かった。

少し駅からは遠い点私は1階の部屋で窓が通りに面していたため騒音、またホテル内の壁は薄くほかの部屋の声が聞こえた

De acuerdo con las expectativas.

Ubicación excelente en el centro de la ciudad aunque si vas con coche no te queda más opción que dejarlo en un parking porque por la zona es imposible aparcar (es lo que tiene estar en el mismo centro). Por lo demás, todo muy bien. Tuvimos un pequeño problemilla por un mal entendido pero Carolina lo solucionó inmediatamente y de forma muy eficaz así que, como si no hubiera pasado nada. Recomiendo este alojamiento!

Maravilloso

Todo maravilloso, empezando por la atención y amabilidad de Carolina y el resto de personal. Da gusto alojarse en un sitio donde te ponen facilidades y te ayudan en todo. El sitio tiene un encanto especial, todo decorado con mucho gusto, con todas las comodidades y no le falta detalle. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro, cerca de todo. Sin duda un lugar 100% recomendable al que volver en Granada. Mil gracias de nuevo a Carolina por todo.

La ubicación está genial al lado de la Catedral de Granada, las paradas de autobuses cerca. En pleno centro de la ciudad, súper cómodo. Carolina súper amable y atenta. Todo súper limpio.

Sensacional. Calidad precio..fantástico

Del alojamiento, todoooo. Habitación limpia y los detalles del agua y accesorios del baño, súper, súper. La cocina y comedor siempre limpia y ordenada, además todo nuevo. Fantástico. Recomendable. Puntuación 100 sobre 100. Carolina súper amable y simpática, está en todo los detalles, reservas del tablao,bares, restaurantes etc.etc. mil gracias.

Lovely

Amazing place! Carolina is more than lovely and always willing to help with everything! This is one of the cleanest places I have ever been to, the beds are really comfortable and the location is perfect! We will definitely visit again when in Granada

Location, location, location

Great location and clean and updated rooms. The hotel is near public transportation and most tourist sites. It is also only a 20 minute walk from the train station. The A/C started leaking and I was immediately moved to another room. A few days later, I saw maintenance repairing the A/C. I have stayed at hotels that will poorly rig a defective device and continue to rent the room despite the potential hazard. It's nice to see an owner who cares about the safety and comfort of guests. I had an internal room, so noise was not an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay for the price. Typical Spanish firm bed and perfume in room at check-in.

Great location for tourism. Great communication once the stay started. Owner was very willing to help when issues came up after another guest told me to message them on WhatsApp.

Had trouble getting contact information before check-in. There was water leaking in the bathroom. They offered to move me but I wasn't bothered enough to move my last night. Smelled like perfume at check in and I'm allergic (fine after airing out room).

Very good

Everything was good, the owners accommodated our stay before the check-in time and we could stay after check out time.

The location, although very central, it has a pub/club in fron of the building so on Friday & Saturday you could listen to the music and people until 6am which was quite disturbing for trying to sleep. Unfortunately the windows are not sound proof.

Great value stay with clean and modern rooms in a central location.

We stayed in a 2-person room with a private bathroom. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable with AC and looked exactly like the photos. The shower was great and one of the best experiences we've had in guest houses/hostels in Spain. Carolina was very communicative and came to help us in person when we had trouble figuring out the AC. She even included makeup remover and wipes in the bathroom, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is right between Gran Via and Elvira Street, which have a lot of restaurants and late night shops, and is within close distance of the Alhambra and other sights in the city.

There wasn't anything we disliked. The downstairs lobby is just a small desk area with no attendant (at least when we were there), but Carolina was quick to respond when we needed help.
