Sujuva ja juuri mitä olin toivonut.

Kaikki toimi. Keittiössä oli jopa pikakahvia.

Itselleni ei haitannut, mutta jollekin jyrkät rappuset kattohuoneistoon voivat olla haaste.

Accogliente dopo una intensa giornata di visita alla città.

La zona tranquilla e ben servita da mezzi pubblici per la visita della città, e l'accoglienza con estrema disponibilità da parte di Fahima.

Migliorerei l'aerazione soprattutto della toilettes, che essendo un locale cieco, dovrebbe avere la presenza di un aeratore forzato e potendo anche del locale doccia che, sempre cieco, ha solo un piccolo sfiato verso il bagno attiguo.

Perfecta

La ubicación perfecta. Al lado la parada de Metro de Merode y Galois que te llevan directamente al centro y a todas las estaciones restantes. Cerca la parada de bus Schumann para llegar del o ir al aeropuerto. Todo súper limpio y perfecto para pasar unos días en Bruselas. Tiene todo lo mínimo que necesitas para pasar esos días y si te hace falta algo, los propietarios son geniales.

Great location, good room, though the toilet being outside the room wasn't great.

Great kitchen, very clean toilet, and great location close to public transport.

The toilet and bathroom were across a hallway shared with other rooms, separated from the rest of the room. They needed to be locked and unlocked for every use, which isn't convenient. The wooden floor in the room was also quite noisy.

A nice and quiet area close to public transport and not too far from the city centre. Easy to check in as everything was already prepared by the host. A quiet, clean en large room with a kitchen and a fine seperate bathroom. Ideal for a city trip.

Perfect studio for one/two people

I would highlight the location, perfect for me. The studio was really spacious, with equipped kitchenette and a nice bed. The area was really lively but the apartment itself was quiet as well. The staff were very accommodating when I asked them that I needed a split bill for the first night, thank you, kuddos for that. The check in and out with codes was practical also.

The bathroom was in the corridor, I knew about that, but it was always a hassle, bringing the keys for the bathroom, the keys for your room, and all that... maybe if they had the same lock/key for both? Also, inside the studio there was some ladder to a raised bed, and I think the part on top and mattress had not been cleaned or done. It did not matter as I was not using it, but I wish I had not looked. Oh, I would recommend also to put some small shampoo/gel in the barthroom, not a problem for me, but I know other travelers like that.

Great place and localization, very nice and helpful owner of the place! Room was also clean. Nearby you have shops and local restaurants, neighborhood is very quite and save.

It was nice to have a bedroom and toilet to stay in an affordable price.

There was no breakfast offered. Tea and sugar are available.

The room was cold. Could have been shown how or where the thermostat was.

Nice place

Very nice and communicative host! Located in a very nice area, but 40min walk to the historical centre. The bathroom was new and very clean, the room was big and well equiped, good wi-fi. We enjoyed the stay and would recomend!!

The private bathroom is located outside the room, in a shared corridor. The kitchen could be a little more clean. The walls are very thin so you can hear the other rooms. But it's a nice place in spite of that!

Great location The host and her brother were helpful and responsive. Spacious and clean

Having access to an iron would have been useful. Hot water in shower was very poor, but it seems like there was a problem with it, which they were attempting to fix whilst I was there. I was expecting the apartment to have a TV, but it didn't...though it turned out that wasn't a big deal for me.

Good price for this quality

Location was good, it is near to bus stop and there are markets, cafes and restaurants around the hotel. it was clean and hot room. There is a well-equipped kitchen. They provide towel.

Stairs in the corridor is made by wood so it is very noisy when someone is entering to or leaving from his/ her room. It takes some time to get hot water in the bathroom, not so long but you need to wait very few mins. Heating regulator with remote control is not fixed good, it may fall down while you are trying to regulate it and then it may not work properly so you need to get support from the staff. At the beginning staff told me that they are not providing invoice, I should request it from booking.com but after I contacted to booking.com, property provided to me the invoice.

Cozy and affordable studio in a beautiful district of Brussels.

Location was perfect in a very nice and cool district in Etterbeek of Brussels. Easy check-in process. The host was super friendly, flexible with time, and helpful. Rating the studio 10/10 as being fully cost-effective for the facilities it offers in such a price.
