The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My only negative is I wish they would put a door (barn door) on the master bathroom. Would definitely love to rent this home again.

This home looks just like the pictures. The hosts have thought of everything! The landscaping is incredible. It is located in a perfect area to cover all activities. Close to Braves Cooltoday Park, Beach, Pier, Restaurants. This home is super clean and comfortable. We spent alot of time on the screen porch!

Had a great week in Venice. Place is beautiful, clean and well appointed. Communication with host was excellent. We had no issues during our stay and the house is in a very convenient location.

This home, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, is beautifully renovated, very well appointed and spotless. The fenced backyard is lovely and very private. Anna greeted us on arrival to show us around and was very quick to respond to any other inquiries during our stay.

Anna and Walter are very nice people, they greet you at the property at check in and go over everything there and explain all with you. the place is beautiful. very well stocked with anything you need to stay. Dog friendly, maybe could use motion lights on side yard in the back, but very nice fenced in yard. very nice to stay and very nice owners

Anna's lovely home was perfect in every way. Location was near all the fun spots, including the beach. House was glam and had all of the kitchen extra's. Hot tub was on point. Great thought was given to detail. Nice private home, quiet community. We will be back!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was a pleasure to be greeted by the host, Anna, who welcomed us and showed us around. Her home is pristine clean and beautifully appointed.The beds so comfy! Anna has thought of everything. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything. Lovely porch and back yard area. We were visiting family in the area and the location in a quiet, residential neighborhood, is close to everything. We would return here in a heartbeat. We highly recommend….so don’t miss out on this property. Jeanne

The house is clean and newly renovated with a beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is so quiet you can hear a pin drop at night. The home is in close proximity to downtown Venice, Caspersen Beach, the beach ferry and plenty of restaurants, etc. we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and we would definitely stay again.

Lots of updates; new modern kitchen; comfortable mattresses (a big issue with many rentals for us); awesome hot tub; spacious extra bedrooms; great back yard (Privacy with foliage); all hard surface floors; large oversized sofa; nice yard landscaping; paver lanai, paver patio; paver driveway; very nice screened in lanai; Large gas grill; Reverse osmosis water purifier under sink (new). New appliances.

This place is a real gem. Anna has truly thought of everything you could possibly need for a fun and comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking. There is beach gear for seashell hunting, a foosball table in the screened in porch, a hot tub, and board games. We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 and would love to return in the future.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful landscaping. The kitchen is very well equipped for having a meal in and we enjoyed dining (along with foosball and darts) in the screened porch. The evening was enjoyed with a hot tub dip and a huge selection of channels and movies. The neighborhood had little traffic and felt very safe for selecting one of several available bikes for a ride to the ferry. Many more accessories were available for visiting the beech, if you have enough time. Meeting the very nice owners was an unexpected pleasure. We hope to have the opportunity to return again in the future.

This home was perfect for our stay - it included everything we needed! The check-in and check-out processes were simple. The hosts were very inviting and responded to questions quickly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our children (4 & 9). I highly recommend this home!

My friends and I stayed in this lovely home for 10 day.s The home was beautiful, well equipped, inviting, and comfortable. - Kitchen, bathrooms, beds, laundry facilities. The neighborhood was quiet. The location convenient to everything. Anna and Walter were wonderful hosts.

Our host met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. The house was very clean comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There was bottle water for us, coffee for brewing during our stay. We were very pleased with the accommodations! Thank you for being such great hosts.
