My place sits at 7500ft of elevation and is just down the street from Heavenly's Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges. We liked being away from the crazy south shore strip and stayed mostly on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. The bed rooms and layout were good for us. Two negatives, there are a lot of stairs and we knew this before we booked. Second, I would suggest that the cleaning group take inventory of the supplies. We didn’t have mixing bowls, paper towels, dish clothes, and body soap was missing in one of the showers. Also, we brought ground coffee but the coffee maker was a two cup coffee pot and we had 6 adults. They had a Keriug, but we didn’t have pods. If it was mentioned in the amenities we would have brought pods.

Close by to Heavenly Nevada lifts. Gorgeous view from the dining table. Cozy rooms and clean bathrooms. Super easy check in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Tahoe getaway!

The property is very comfortable with all the amenities needed. There are a lot of stairs! The location is great, great views, short drive to casinos and lake. Love that they allow dogs, many properties do. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to the hosts, very responsive and friendly!

The description of the unit is accurate. Above all else, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen is super well stocked in terms of pots, pans, dishes, Brita filters and small appliances, so were supplies like tissue paper, clean towels, lotion, shampoo, dish washing liquid throughout the condo etc.. We didn't make use of the community hot tub as it was a 5 min walk in the cold and snow. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the house but none that impeded any of its functional use. The owner and host were quick to address them to their best ability. The is so much snow this season on neighbor's roof, it would be nice if they clear it for better view of the lake from our unit. :P We found and played Ticket-to-Ride and Catan while being snowed-in. :D Both games had complete game pieces. There were other board games at the condo but we didn't play them. The internet was fast. There are shovels for clearing snow and digging out cars after a snow storm. The lower two floors could clearly hear the steps directly above -- we prefer this town-house style over a condo unit where you may hear some other party above you. The houses in this area are generally older and sit on top of a knoll. Overall one will appreciate the value of the stay, the convenient location, as long as you are not expecting luxury. The unit is a 10-min walk (~0.2 mi) to catch the Stagecoach/Boulder Lodge shuttle. A 12-min walk to catch the Gondola Village shuttle.

I went there with my family and 2 couple friends, and we had an amazing time. The house is very comfortable, full equipped, the communication with the owners was perfect, they are super responsive and solved all of our questions. I definitely recommend this place for a vacation.
