Really good location and good space - very well appointed .
Though our stay was great, upon checking out, we noted that we broke ONE glass - and was told that this would cost £25 ( ikea or equivalent quality) to replace and to be deducted from the deposit -with no recourse ( and no reconsideration after a discussion regarding this) - we were left with a slightly negative feeling - especially as we had been considerate of no hair dryer in the apartment , and very few glasses to start of with .

Location was very good. Lots af bars and places to eat. The property has a wonderful garden
Window couldn’t be opened in the one bedroom. Dirty dishcloths and oven gloves.

We loved the garden, and location of the flat. The house was well stocked, and very clean. The beds were comfortable.
We did accidentally lock ourselves out of the house (heads up the door self locks, and only set of keys). The management key was awesome in helping us solve the problem!
The house doesn't have a/c, which is typical for London, so that wasn't the problem. However, both bedrooms are upstairs, and only one fan. It was extremely hot. We actually had to sleep on the couches downstairs. We reached out and asked for more fans, and were told no more were available. Looking at other reviews, many have e said the same. It would be an easy fix, and it surprises me nothing has been done about it. There really should be a fan for each room. It would make a big difference.
The light switch for the downstairs bathroom was not working. We had many back and forth messages as to how we must've been using the switch wrong (even though we were able to get all the other lights to work). We there for 4 days, and we're never able to get anyone to come look at it. We had to put a lamp from the bedroom in the bathroom for light at night.
The instructions for the house were lacking. There were 8 pages for garbage, but nothing about wifi, windows, doors, keys, etc. Things that would have been very useful.

Nothing
Everything. It was dirty, not maintained, smelled really bad, broken fixtures and fittings & not fit for purpose. The managing company are running a dictatorship and seem to have forgotten that they are supposed to be offering a service. I’ve never had so many rules & regulations imposed before even arriving at the property. On the website it states check in from 3pm but they wanted to know exactly when we would be arriving where they would require ID from all guests and the card that the booking was made with. When I advised the day before arrival that we would be arriving 2 hours earlier (still 1.5 hours after the allowed check in time) I was told that wouldn’t be possible as it wouldn’t be ready. After a lot of stress & numerous messages they eventually said the place was clean and could be accessed at 3pm (this was only after I demanded to see the T&C’s that stated I couldn’t change my arrival time-which they never provided after numerous requests). They then gave me a code to a key safe and said we could self check in. Clearly, they don’t need to see ID or the bank card used for the booking as they couldn’t be bothered to show up for our arrival. We were due to arrive at 4.30pm and just before that I had a message stating they only had enough laundry to make up one bed and another laundry pack would be dropped off at 5.30pm and we would have to make the other bed ourselves! Again, numerous messages but they just didn’t care. Due to traffic we arrived at 5.30pm to find the laundry pack with loose towels dumped on the doorstep outside. To get to this flat you have to go past the other flat at the front, which to be honest looks like it’s derelict! There’s dirt everywhere, an old grimy brush next to the front door, not somewhere you’d leave clean laundry. When we opened the door, there was an overwhelming smell of damp and the whole place just felt very shoddy.

Excellent location. Nice neighbourhood and very close to subway. Modern but cozy. The outdoor area was a bonus.

Prime location. Really can’t be beaten. Around corner from underground and beautiful chic High St with abundance of good food options. Lovely coffee shop and fun pub (and theater) on same street. 94 bus stops outside for center of London. Home is mega stylish and very upgraded facilities. Beautiful garden for evening drink or morning breakfast
Liked it all. Note that bedrooms are in loft with spiral staircase so you may not want that if not agile

No breakfast provided. Location exactly as required.
Lack of any welcome pack and toiletries, surprising given the cost of occupation. Also constant harrassment by the owner who assumed that we were 4th form schoolchildren who needed to be constantly reminded about the owner's rules

Very quiet, close to tube station and food. Clean and airy
Just a note, it is about 25-30 min travel into London

The apartment was lovely, well furnished with good location. It had a lovely private garden and was quiet and peaceful. Good value for money, especially in London. It was located very close to the station making for easy access
The only drawback was sighting a mouse in the flat at night, maybe because of the garden?

Gorgeous place! The key thing to know is that the pictures do it justice, it is as lovely as it looks. You have the garden to yourself, the area is relaxed with a park and lots of food and drink nearby. Even better the tube is 5 mins away and the 94 bus into town is outside your door.
There is no air con and the bedrooms will get hot in summer - get the garden doors open as soon as you come in! Only one bedroom has an en-suite, the other has a more substantial wardrobe instead. The air fresher in the en-suite bathroom was overpowering and I had to lock it away for the duration :-D All minor quibbles, this place is amazing :-)

The property is a gem, was exactly as described, comfortable and very homy. For our family of 4 (two teenagers) there were lots of space for us, and we really enjoyed our stay at the property. The garden was a big bonus. A great neighborhood, with lots of cafes/shops/restaurants and Turnhamgreen tube station just a few steps away.
The host was great, very responsive, and accommodating to our requests. Instruction to access the property was straightforward.
We would love to stay here again during our next visit to London.
If I have to nitpick, there was only one fan available between the two bedrooms, and it was a little warm during our stay in June.

The house is lovely! Well equiped with everything you may need, with a beautiful private garden. The beds are really comfortable, all facilities are new and well maintained. Everything is as shown in the pictures. The metro station is in a short walking distance and we had a great time!
