Wonderful, relaxing accommodation in the centre of Soller.

The apartment was finished to a very high standard. Modern design blended well with the original old building. Beautiful, well kept gardens where you could also sit. We had a very spacious apartment with a terrace and wonderful views over the gardens and up towards the Cathedral and the mountains.

We have no negative comments to make.

Incredible accomodation in a gorgeous house

could not fault this property it was incredible. Apartment was gorgeous and very spacious. location was great as well, and very easy being able to exit both the front and the back of the property.

The perfect spot in Sóller!

Great location and so clean. Really lovely apartment. We used the kitchenette for breakfast - it’s great to have a fridge and a hob to boil eggs etc. So much more relaxed to eat whenever you want and not be bound by breakfast times. Everything we needed was there: Toaster, kettle, coffeemaker etc.

A balcony was really the only thing missing. Lovely communal garden but we didn’t use it as we were on the second floor.

This room is more suited to a short stay.

The old house and garden are beautiful . The bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly.

The toilet is a pod in the room which lacked privacy. There was nowhere to hang or dry wet towels. There was no table or chair so the only place to sit was the bed . The closet space was small for a weeks stay. This room faced the road and was noisy.

Super miejsce-piękne i z super lokalizacją.

Lokalizacja 2 kroki od starówki, ogród ze stolikami i krzesełkami do korzystania i wyjście przez ogród skrótem, piękny i stylowy wystrój. Dostępny podziemny parking za niewielką opłatą (konieczność ze względu na wąskie uliczki i brak miejsc parkingowych)

Nasz pokój był od strony ulicy i niestety wiązało się to z hałasem o świcie- okna nie są dźwiękoszczelne.

Romantische Unterkunft in bester Lage

Wunderschönes Gebäude mit einem traumhaften Innenhof. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Check In Daten haben wir zuvor erhalten und auch eine Möglichkeit zum Parken war gegeben. Diese ist zwar nicht direkt neben der Unterkunft aber da der ganze Ort sehr klein ist, nicht der Rede wert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Zimmer geräumig, großes Bett und tolle Dusche. Eine Cafemaschine mit Kapseln hatten wir auch im Zimmer, toll.

Zwei Kleinigkeiten: Bad und Toilette mit Weißglaswänden sieht zwar stylisch aus, ist aber absolut nichts für uns. Zudem dann auch noch wenn der Türspalt so groß ist, dass man erst recht freie Sicht hat. Der Boden ist im gesamten Zimmer ein Steinboden, etwas kalt.

We had a lot of issues with off-loading the luggage in front of the property as the lane is very tight and cars are not

Convenient location. Clean, comfy apartment. Elevator. Comfy bed and nice linen. Spacious.

Parking is off-site and it was very difficult to find.

Great

We booked two bedrooms flat. The size of the flat was really good and reflect the beauty of the city. The location of the building is really central and you can walk to downtown

One of the towels had hair in it and the check in experience wasn’t the best but I arrive around 9 pm and no body was there and you need to book the parking in advance otherwise you will have to find parking space and pay for it and this can be struggle as it’s small city.

Beautiful old townhouse in the centre of Soller, a perfect relaxing holiday.

What a lovely place to have a week relaxation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the apartment and it was so close to all amenities. Spoilt for choice for restaurants nearby. The lovely lady who was always around cleaning and getting the apartments ready was very friendly. The gardens were a lovely place to sit and read and you could hear the tram passing by. I would definitely return. Most relaxing holiday I’ve had in ages!

The only thing I not great was the bed as it was too firm for me. I’m sure that that’s just personal preference though.

We self-catered breakfast. The location was perfect … a true oasis with fabulous access to the town and all its facilities.

Being asked to take trash out with before you leave !! first time in all the properties I have rented that they requested that. Also they never said where to dispose of the trash.

We loved the location being so close to Soller centre and the garden was a beautiful and a really good place to chill! The general aesthetic of the place was lovely and the cleanliness was really good too. The room itself had plenty of room and a stunning view of the mountains.
