Impeccable converted garage apartment in lovely neighborhood during what is usually a crowded July 4 Annapolis holiday with very gracious owners' attention to detail, hospitality and communication! Comfy king bed, "help yourself" snacks and cold drinks, fluffy bathroom towels/amenities, great WiFi/Smart TV, privacy galore and beautifully maintained garden area for the ultimate in relaxation. Loved this home-away-from-home -- we won't hesitate to book again if we're in the Annapolis area again!

The studio apartment was very well furnished with upscale amenities. Check in was very easy and the unit was exactly as advertised. Mattress was new and very comfortable.
Location was outstanding. We were less than 1 mile to downtown Annapolis and 1 mile to the Navel Academy visitor center. It was an easy 15 - 20 minute walk, which is great because the traffic is very slow and parking is at a premium.
The hosts greeted us and made us feel at home. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back the next time when our granddaughter graduates from the Academy.

We have been traveling to Annapolis annually for the boat show and this year we stayed in Stan's studio for almost a week. It was, by far, the best place to stay we have found yet. The studio is actually quite spacious for 2 people, bed is huge and comfy, top notch finishes, great shower, super clean, very quiet area. I love the Eastport neighborhood and it is such an easy walk over the bridge into historic Annapolis. The parking space was really nice to have. The garden was lovely and we wished we had more time to actually spend some time in it! Stan was a super friendly host and very accommodating of anything we needed. Very much enjoyed the snacks left for us in the room!

This apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the reality matched the images in the listing. And the hosts were gracious, friendly, and accommodating as needed. The location is perfect - a short walk to downtown Annapolis while, at the same time, comfortably removed from the chaos of downtown. We would return to this apartment without hesitation.

Every amenity is available in this high end property! The owners are kind, available, and super accommodating. The finishes, bedding, and furniture are quality pieces that afford comfort and provided a home base while attending a family wedding in the area. It’s worth it, it really is…

I always study property photos carefully to see where the photographer might be trying to "enhance" the appearance of the rooms. In this case, the apartment was even more attractive than the online photos could display. Additionally, the outdoor gardens that surround the entryway are just magnificent. We feel so lucky to have found this place.

We needed a place to stay where we could walk to Annapolis waterfront and be close to where our daughter lives. This was perfect! Like brand new, clean and modern. The hosts live on the property and we’re helpful, friendly and accommodating. The shared garden and patio was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!
Stanton and Keylia were wonderful hosts of their beautiful Vrbo with OFF street parking for us! This is important in Annapolis where parking is so difficult. Stan was super responsive to my email questions prior to our stay. Once we met our hosts in person, we quickly connected and found them to be most welcoming and gracious. They even put water bottles and soda in the mini fridge for us! Recently renovated, the private, above garage (separate building and entrance) studio was PERFECT for my husband and me as we visited Annapolis to see the Blue Angels perform. It is super clean and beautifully appointed with high end touches throughout including a new king size bed, tons of storage, a kitchenette, dimmable lights, organic cotton towels, fabulous bathroom, and more. The private porch was heavenly as we enjoyed the surrounding gardens and read our books for a while. Since this vrbo is located on the other side of Spa Creek from the Naval Academy, it wasn’t crowded. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. There are restaurants within close proximity, but we also walked to Main Street to get ice-cream. We made some lovely, new friends in Stan and Keylia and plan to return for another visit! 5 stars all around!

This was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed. It was meticulously clean with high end finishes and attention to detail. There is a private entrance with access to the patio, off-street parking, all within walking distance of Eastport and downtown Annapolis. Stanton was a delightful host, welcoming and communicative. Their property is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend to those visiting Annapolis.

Perfect studio apartment for my fiancee and me, neither of us had been to Annapolis before. Super clean and truly upscale. Great value for being only 5-10 minute walk to downtown and all the top dining and historic establishments. Hosts were ultra kind and we met with them at least twice. Yes, the weather while we were there was awful, but we had a wonderful time. 5+ Stars!!
