-Pool is fenced per Arizona pool barrier regulations. Pool fence can be removed for your stay if you do not have children under six at the property. Removal fee is $150

No street or trailer parking.
BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.
DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.
