We planned a golf trip to Robert Trent jones and stayed here. Great location and very nice place. Made our stay perfect … only wish our golf game was like that.

Had a great time visiting our daughter and enjoying the easy walk to and from downtown Auburn! We would definitely stay here again. Really loved Well Red which was a new coffee shop for us and it is lovely.

The property was very close to downtown, clean, comfortable beds, and quiet neighbors. George did a great job communicating with me during the entire stay and our group had a great time. We will definitely book again when we return to Auburn.

Three couples stayed here for two nights while in town for a wedding. We enjoyed the spacious living room. The bedrooms were comfortable. The condo could use some more coffee mugs, but otherwise it was stocked well enough for our purposes. It was in a good location with easy access to Publix and the highway. We would recommend staying here. And thank you to our host, George, for accommodating early check in and for being communicative.

A group of 4 old college friends met for an Auburn reunion. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us. We walked to restaurants and Auburn and had a great place to sit and visit. Would definitely stay there again.

The pros: location, neighborhood was surprisingly quiet/close to campus. Rooms spacious & allowed enough space for everyone to have their own "space" after a busy day. The owner was very responsive to issues that arose. Kudos to him!
The challenges :Entry key was via an app on phone It was a pain to use, as you had to be right next to the door, on the phone, and there was always a delay waiting for the app to connect with the door. (this was no fun in the pouring rain) After actually locking ourselves out of the house, when I FORGOT my phone, we were sent a pin code to the keypad, but it didnt work! (several tries later, the second code DID work)
After finally making it into the home, there was a noticeable damp, stale smell that is over powering. I did update the owner to this, as it could be quite bothersome , and he is attempting to correct. It defintely improved when the air was circulated.
Reading the manual, I was struck by mention of a "noise" meter on the property. This was uncomfortable to me, it immediately brought to mind images of being spied on. I understand the potential for problems, given the location in a college town but I couldn't shake the feeling of being monitored. (there is a RING doorbell on the door, which only added to that feeling).
The sofa was horribly uncomfortable, and the only chairs were NOT better. There really was no great place to relax after a long day. (it was mentioned in other reviews, and I do understand this to be under consideration) I suggest replacing this ASAP. The decor was modern, but not functional.
The kitchen was not well equipped. The cabinet interiors would benefit from papering, painting.; they appear dirty.
We were planning on Easter dinner for my daughter and her roommates. This was a challenge .No bake ware or large pot, no strainer, no toaster ,minimal flatware (there were 5 forks total in the house!) During prep of dinner, the oven malfunctioned and nearly ruined the entire meal (this was not the owners fault, as the oven is new, however just added to the issues)
Towels were an issue;( there were 5 towels in home for all of us;) no dish towels/hot pads
Poor water pressure in showers
The dryer only works on the timed setting, not auto, (learned the hard way)
Temp control of home is poor, w noted difference between floors; the owner has a lock setting on the thermostat! can override
Overall, I would consider this an average home with great potential, it just isn't there yet.

My wife and I stayed in March to visit our daughter who gave us the exciting news that we will become grandparents in September!
Positives: Great location - close to campus, downtown and restaurants, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, updated appliances and electronics, easy parking.
Minor Improvements: We couldn't find a toaster; Oven is very high-tech and some directions on how to use it would be beneficial; more airflow in the downstairs - we used the AC more than we would have because it was a bit stuffy (add a ceiling fan). Add a dining set outdoors to enjoy the patio.
Major Improvement: We found the sofa to be very hard and uncomfortable. My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I all have different body types and comfort preferences, but all agreed that the sofa was too hard should be replaced.
Overall, I would recommend - nice place and enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this Auburn condo for a funeral for my nephew. And I appreciated many things about this place and location:
1. It was roomy and we were able to have my husband’s family visit us after the funeral.
2. The downstairs is nicely laid out with a fairly roomy den, kitchen and eating area. (And needed 1/2 bath)
3. The location is good. My husband and I were able to walk to Auburn campus and walk around for an hour. I didn’t think it was walkable, but it really is. Probably 15 minutes to Toomer’s corner and another 10 from there to the stadium.
4. Our oldest child attended Auburn so we are very familiar with the layout and how to get around which helped.
What we didn’t love about this place was:
1. It really had a smell to it - like wet, moldy carpet or sort of wet dog. It was overpowering when we first went in every time and then we adjusted while staying there.
2. The Air conditioning did not work well at all upstairs and was on a schedule dictated by the owner that was horrible. So when we went to bed at 10pm ish, we would turn the AC down to accommodate that the temperature upstairs was SIGNIFICANTLY warmer than downstairs, but at 11:30 pm the AC system was on a predetermined schedule and would raise the temperature in the house quite high. WE would all wake up around 1:30 am sweating and miserable!!!
3. Besides the smell and AC system, which were honestly really big for me, I am glad we were able to accomadate my family of 5.
Would I stay here again - No.

We stayed here for two weeks and the owner had great communication with us. Condo is located not far from downtown Auburn and a short drive to Publix. Highly recommend this rental! Thanks for the stay!
