Great little place as advertised. Everything was perfectly maintained and clean and all furnishings were comfortable. Perfect stay for the long weekend to visit family in the area. Only thing better would have been if we had a boat with us! Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Was mainly a fishing trip with a buddy of mine. This place was very clean and well taken care of. It has its own boat landing and dock . Very happy with my stay .

My wife and I wanted a newly built small lake house to stay in over the weekend with all of the nice amenities. This lake house was that and more. I brought my bass boat and was able to launch and dock my boat there at the property. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will be staying here again.

This cute and comfy little house provides the perfect spot for lakefront relaxation. You are 15-20 min from everything you need. You can fish off the dock or just sit and relax and listen to the sounds of nature. Plus the sunrises are absolutely beautiful. Well worth waking up a little earlier.

The purpose of our trip was to fish and have some alone time. This property was just what we needed. The house is beautiful. The amenities that were available were great. The host went through great lengths to ensure that anyone that stays here is comfortable and have everything they need. All rooms are beautifully decorated. My fiancé was able to fish on the private dock while I read indoors. I would recommend staying here and we plan on coming back.

This wonderful small house was perfect for the two of us. The space was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We used the fire pit that looked over the lake every night. There was plenty of wood available for our use. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back !

This property is immaculate and exactly as pictured and described. It is very clean, and all amenities are provided right down to mints on the pillows. The house was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice linens. Coffee bar is a nice touch. This is the perfect getaway cottage. My son and I were very comfortable here for the weekend at a fishing tournament on the lake. Communication with the owner was always instant and seamless. Great experience! We hope to visit again. Highly recommend a stay in this super cute house!

This property is just a perfect piece of southern charm. The cottage is beyond what I expected and much more. Just waking up to the beautiful sunrise while drinking my coffee on the porch every morning is just tranquility at its finest. If your lucky enough like I was you might even catch a glimpse of some deer while your there. I will continue booking this little home away from home while I visit my grandmother in Chapin.
