No fue de todo mal pero tampoco bien.

El tamaño de las recamaras y el jardin

Primero que reservamos para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) y así lo pagamos. Para nuestra sorpresa llegamos a desayunar y nos informan que el desayuno era solamente para los adultos, básicamente que los niños no tienen derecho de comer. QUE??¿¿¿ Ningún lado decía eso y tuvimos que pagar por aparte. Para el domingo decía que no había servicio pero que dejarían panes y frutas en la habitación lo que NO OCURRIÓ. El agua de la regadera no es caliente, para los niños malísimo por la noche.

Volver a la aldea era nuestra parte preferida del dia..mucha paz

La piscina rodeada de arboles es preciosa..estar fuera del lio de tulum nos ha parecido genial. La cama era muy comoda y la atencion de los duelños..el desayuno muy rico

Algunos detalles cono no rener donde colgar las toallas o cosas mojadas.. Que en un apartamento para cuatro haya solo dos sillas en la mesa

Hôtel joli et pratique pour ceux qui veulent une cuisine mais personnel rencontré froid (sauf une)

Hôtel correct je suppose si tout va bien mais notre clim s'est mise à déborder et on nous a juste donné 2 serviettes pour éponger puis plus de personnel de la nuit . De peur que l'eau se répande partout pendant la nuit, c'est moi qui ai demandé à changer de chambre via WattsApp, réponse positive au bout d'un certain temps avec pour réponse étonnante : "A vos ordres !" Le lendemain, accueil très froid pour le petit-déjeuner qui n'était pas excellent. Enfin, petit détail, on nous a proposé de nous offrir des petits gâteaux pour le désagrément subi (toujours via WattsApp) et on a eu, en leur rappelant, une tartelette pour 2 !

Odeur persistante et indescriptible dans la chambre qui imprègne les vêtements Un filet d’eau au robinet de la vasque, impossibilité de régler la température de l’eau sous la douche (douche uniquement froide) malgré l’aide du personnel Linge de bain gris (vieux) Éclairage salle de bain insuffisant

Tranquilo, hermoso y con un excelente desayuno!

Es auto- check in. No hay recepción. El desayuno incluido está delicioso, es en un café muy lindo q está en las instalaciones. Instalaciones lindas, limpias. Lugar tranquilo, alejado del centro y del ruido.

Sólo lo recomendaría para alguien con carro. No está cerca del centro.

Doch sehr weit weg von allem. Muss aber nicht unbedingt negativ sein, für Personen die mobil sind und es ruhiger mögen. Zwar ist der Check in total unkompliziert, aber es war sehr schade, dass man keinen Kontakt zu jemanden hatte, um Tipps für Tulum zu bekommen.

Very comfortable stay for the family, in the green surroundings of Tulum.

Very spacious and comfortable appartement, great facilities, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms , even with water, coffee and tea. It was much bigger then we expected. The garden was well maintained and had a nice relaxing vibe. Breakfast was very good, there was a choice from 3 options .

The swimming pool would need a cleaning more often as it is surrounded by the the trees and therefore full of leaves very quickly.

Een klein paradijs, heerlijk om tot rust te komen.

Het was een verborgen paradijs. Je gelooft je ogen niet wanneer je de zware houten deur opent! Het is ontzettend rustig, we werden wakker van de fluitende vogels in de kleine jungle waarin we verbleven. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen in het verblijf maar dat kan in het cafeetje vlak ernaast. We hadden een probleem met de sleutel, we kregen de deur niet vast, en de eigenaar kwam onmiddellijk langs. In Tulum Pueblo maar met de auto dichtbij alles.

Als ik iets mag zeggen, dan zou het over de druk van het water zijn - de douche was niet fantastisch.

El desayuno delicioso , muy padre el concepto de restaurante que tienen, pensé que estaría muy sencillo el desayuno y que sorpresa me lleve , muy rico y muy Gourmet ,muy padre el concepto de aldea muy buen gusto y acojedor el lugar

Hacer la limpieza todos los días en las habitaciones , y mencionar que los domingos no darán servicio de desayuno que incluye en la reservación

Una grata sorpresa en Tulum

El concepto del hotel rodeado de naturaleza, la tranquilidad que se respira. La decoración, confort y limpieza de las habitaciones.

No es que no me gustó la alternativa de frutas y tostadas que nos dejaron en la habitación por ser domingo y no tener disponible el servicio de cafetería. Pero en realidad sí prefiero un desayuno servido.

Could have stayed longer to make the most of the relaxing retreat!

Full apartment, good fridge and double air con, very secure, parking on site, relaxing court yard and pool area, on site cafe, good smart tv, easy check in (make sure you check your messages for the code but access to the wifi is available from outside) 10 minute walk to the main strip

Overall positive stay

Nice pool, a lot of plants in the area. Generally tasteful design of whole object. Room was clean and fresh, had everything we needed.

Location is a bit far from main street and its not really pleasant to go back there at night.

Le cadre, la piscine, le calme et le parking gratuit privé devant l’établissement.

La propreté du logement, un lit pas toujours fait et des serviettes non changées. Il est dommage de n’avoir aucun personnel sur site, petit manque de convivialité. Le petit déjeuner est très léger, il faut faire un choix entre sucré et salé surtout quand on compare à la carte des clients extérieurs au site. (Ouvert au public de la ville)

Geweldig zwembad. Prachtige tuin. Eigenaar behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar via booking. Ontbijt basic.

Ontbijt in naastgelegen koffietent. Hotelgasten kregen basic ontbijt terwijl om hun heen heerlijke uitgebreide gerechten werd geserveerd. Als je iets anders wilde moest je volledige bedrag betalen. Middle of nowhere en taxis zijn duur.

Cozy place!

It was really cozy inside with that jungle theme and a pool right outside.

It was in a secluded location so at night it was a bit scary to walk outside. Town center was about 15 mins walk otherwise everything was perfect.

Buon Soggiorno tranquillo che poteva essere ottimo con pochi dettagli in piu

Ambiente esterno, sicurezza, privacy , camera ampia, tranquillità , silenzio generale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff alle richieste del check in.

basso flusso dell’acqua nel rubinetto e della doccia, ventilatore con motore rumoroso, personale poco attento, camera non pulita fino alle 17:00 del pomeriggio di uno di due giorni con ancora appeso il cartello di rifacimento camera. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani puliti consegnati successivamente. Colazione inclusa con foto ingannevoli sul sito che si riferiscono solamente alle colazioni a pagamento e non a quelle incluse con le camere. Frutta nemmeno a richiesta.

Really nice place! Sehr gute Ausstattung, schöne Anlage mit einladenden Pool. Das Frühstück im integrierten Aroma Cafe war wirklich lecker. Generell ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Self-Checkin war auch problemlos möglich - perfekt!

Luxury stay near Tulum centre

Beautiful atmosphere in the garden - the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Tulum and surrounding areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was really clean. Breakfast was nice and there was vegetarian options.

The shower pressure could have been better and the water in the bathroom was slightly salty! Not a huge problem but a bit surprising at first.

Vrai B&B pas un hôtel

Logement confortable et bien équipé. Bonne literie. Calme.menage fait. Jolie jardin.

Ce n est pas un hôtel mais un B&B sans personne. Ne pas y aller le samedi car pas de vrai petit déj le dimanche matin. Une boîte de gâteaux et une banane sur la table !! Paiement d un supplément pour un petit déjeuner continental alors que tout le monde avait le même menu. Avoir une voiture car assez loin du centre.

Instalaciones estupendas

El recinto está muy bien, la piscina es preciosa y hay posibilidad de hacer barbacoa y comer allí mismo. Hay varias hamacas e incluye desayuno (con algunas limitaciones) si bien a las 14h cierran. Está alejado del centro pero es muy tranquilo. La habitación es grande y la cama cómoda.

La cocina está bien equipada si bien podría estar algo más limpia.

An oasis, with great facilities and easy access to the many things to do in the area.

Very comfortable and well kept property with everything needed for a great stay. Lovely pool and setting, great cafe adjoining (with lovely breakfast included). The distance from central Tulum may be a consideration for some if not travelling with a car, but this was exactly what we were looking for and so the location was perfect (and also within easy reach of Sian Ka’an and the wonderful lagoons and Cenotes in the area travelling the other way.

Amazing stay, Fast Internet, Peaceful Place, Great Breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at Aldea Xaan Ha in Tulum! The internet was super fast and reliable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. But what I loved most was the peaceful outdoor areas - perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Tulum. Highly recommend this place!

Magical stay, full of memories and very nice meeting with the staff, Alex and Antheus were great

EVERYTHING!!! Without exception, the staff of the establishment was perfect, attentive, ready to help and equally discreet. The pool is very beautiful and very nice surrounded by a very nice garden and well designed equipment, not far from the city center but away from the noise which is very relaxing. The cleanliness is everywhere in the hotel and the breakfast fabulous. We loved staying here. The quality of the wifi is also perfect.

Beautiful property, comfortable apartments and great hotel environment

We really enjoyed it! From the beautiful outdoor setup and indoor areas to the excellent service and staff, every aspect of our stay was delightful. The fiber optic internet was the best we've ever experienced in Mexico, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend it.
