We arrived and they did not have a room for us so they walked us to another hotel and it was not a good area of the city. It was a terrible experience do not book at this hotel.

Good hotel to stay in close to the station if you are planning to explore Naples
8.0 / 10.0
Very good location, 5 blocks away from the train station and 3 from the subway station, surroundings are very dirty, a lot of homeless and vendors in the street, however, I Never felt insecure in the area, I guess, is Napoli. Highly recommended for budget hotels.

Hotel is in a good spot read bad reviews but had no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned in our 3 night stay. Just be aware at night (late) as in any big cities.

This was one of the most stressful stays we have ever had. The area the hotel is in is very unsafe and unclean. The hotel it self is unclean and not a place I would ever want to stay again. Would not recommend.

This was a very convenient location because it was right next to the train station, but the hotel itself was not in a very safe place we felt (two girls). The man running it was very kind, and we were glad it was cheap. Would reccomend if you’re only there to quickly sleep and get out… shared bathroom/shower

The front desk men were very impatient and not friendly.

We stayed here for two nights and the location was great if you use a train to get in and out of the city, but expensive if you park a car.
The room was comfortable but not really for a family with a young child due to it being very basic and not the cleanest.
I would stay here if I backpacked, which would be much more suitable.
The staff on the front desk were very kind and helpful, they gave us many recommendations of restaurants and experiences.
Lastly I need to add, the location of the hotel is next to the main train station which is renowned for not being too safe. We were safe every time we went out but only stayed out whilst the sun was visible due to having a baby and there were lots of army/police by the train station due to the amount of junkies locally.
Cheap and easy hotel if not with a family!

Excellent place near the train and metro station.
Basic but comfortable bed, good a/c and shower water pressure.
Common area elevator.

Good value for the price . Clean tecently renovated room and bathroom . Reception staff very patient and efficient . Good location for those transiting to airport or train station or visiting Naples for 2-3 days . Also a short walk to historic centre . Some visitors may be detereed by the area but thats what one expects around most train stations .

It is a quiet comfortable little hotel. The beds are not the best, the bathroom could be cleaner, but overall for 1 or 2 nights it is a perfect place to sleep.
The main central station with a metro also is just about 6 minutes away.

on arriving the first impression of the entrance is very disappointing , dirty and probably not decorated for many many years.
however my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and its only 5 minutes from the railway station.
so if you can look past the entrance the room was good.

Location sufficient for short stay..

Room was ok, but noting special. It's close to the station and had late check-in which were ideal for us. If you're not arriving late and don't need to be close to the station for an early departure, then you can probably find better for the money.

Nice basic hotel, very close to station. Clean, beds okay, be open minded. The area seems dodgy around the hotel, but it's actually not and all the folk we encountered were friendly. Some great pizza places within 10 minutes walk north.

Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, water in the shower is HOT, and the AC in the rooms is strong (even waking up several times in the night cold!). Yes the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the staff at the hotel has no control over that, and we even noticed that’s how a majority of Naples is (do your research on the city itself before visiting). For the price of the hotel I really don’t know where the bad reviews come from. People want a 5 star hotel for the price of 60 Euro a night. Also, the manager is very kind, polite, and hospitable. We had no issues while staying here and would definitely return for the price that we paid for the room. The building and the hotel itself are very secure, requiring to be buzzed in for entry to both. The bed is also comfortable considering some of the other locations we have stayed in in the country. Overall, a great experience if you want a very central location for a very good price.

Easy access to train station and taxis rank
Lots of cafes in nearby square

4 nights spent in this hotel, great location. Unfortunately we didn't sleep one good night, the cleaning crew was talking really loudly in the corridor every morning at 8:00 am. They made so much noise until 10:00 am, walls were very thin. Also our room was attached to the upclosed room and we shared some kind of a window, so we couldn't sleep very long neither because of the light coming from it.

The hotel is located very close to the central railway station in Naples. Just a few minutes walking. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, and there is an elevator, although quite small. The room was clean and tidy and king size.
I came with a bik which I keep in my room whiles not in use.
The staff was kind and helpful. And most important, at least for me, you get a good stay for a cheep money.

The area that the hotel is situated is dirty and scary. Did not feel comfortable walking around during the day, let alone at night. The entrance to the hotel is also dirty and dark.
You have to be buzzed into the area where your room is every time. they don’t give you a key and sometimes take a while to answer the buzzer.
Linen and bedding was stained and dirty.
Tv didn’t work
Aircon remote didn’t work. Had to stand up on the bed to turn it on and couldn’t change the settings or temperature.
Shower had bugs that came out of the drain overnight after a shower.
Dirty towel left in the room from guests before
Lots of noise coming from the other rooms and hallways (not soundproof)
Our room was entered by housekeeping staff but not locked again and left ajar all day.
The hotel is cheaper than other places in Naples but just avoid staying in this area around the central station all together. Would rather spend a lot extra to stay somewhere else.

Great stay, affordable, and comfortable with great staff. Shower drained very slow, that was the only inconvenience.

The hotel was ok for a short 1-night stay; the hotel accepts late check ins which was helpful in our case. It’s very basic accommodation, room and bathroom were clean and staff members were helpful and friendly.

I was shocked with the reception. When I checked in I was told my room had a shared bathroom. If I wanted to use the bathroom at night I would have to leave my room and use the bathroom in the hallway. The receptionist told me if I wanted a room with a private bathroom I'd have to pay $5 euros extra. Not a large amount but I thought it was ridiculous that I had to pay extra. So I paid the $5 and asked for a receipt. the receptionist said he couldnt provide me one because the amount was so small and I could either take the room withouth bathroom or give him the $5. I finaly gave him the $5 and didn't ask for a receipt.
the breakfast was awful. not many option. I had a crossaint and a cup of coffee. that was it.
I woulnd't dare showering barefoot on that shower.

The rooms are on 2nd floor of a building so the TV/ sitting area and breakfast area is in the corridor outside the bedrooms. Breakfast is limited to Croissant, 2 cereals and toast with tea and coffee. Staff were helpful and polite. Need 10c for lift. Hotel is along a street near the main Station and Piazza Garibaldi. Great for trains and a 15 min walk to the Port, Airport shuttle home was 12 mins so handy for that. Rooms were clean and tidied each day. air con worked and was roomy for the 3 of us. Also WiFi worked. Not bad for what we paid.

Location is very close to the train station (Garibaldi). Walking distance to some tourist spots (imho). There was free breakfast (not that we were expecting) so it was very nice.

Room, services and breadfast were better than expect with that low price. Close to station.

Only a small sign on the door in a rather dingy road. The lift is Victorian relic. Coin operated. Not very welcoming. Sparse drab room,

Passing through Naples for one night, I booked knowing the area this hotel is in is a bit shady, but very close to the train station. The hotel occupies two floors of a somewhat run down building, but the hotel floors are renovated and clean. My room was also completely renovated and clean. Bathroom is ok, everything functioned but is a bit worn. The room had one double bed and one single, but the single bed lacked bed sheets, so the double was the only option. The room had large modern doors leading to a French balcony, nice. My two complaints are: the room had no heat (I stayed in December), and was not uncomfortable but did get a bit colder than I would have liked; and second the bed blanket (on top of the white sheet) was only a single size placed across the bottom half, even though the bed is a double. Air conditioning was provided so the room seems like it would be good for a summer stay. Breakfast was included, and there are a number of tables on the reception floor for this. A croissant and coffee, as well as bread with jam, some pre-wapped cakes, tea and heated milk were available... just fine for the price.
I would recommend the hotel for those on a budget and looking for a short stay. Expect a simple clean room and a shady neighborhood, friendly enough staff and an decent breakfast, all for a budget price.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. Had a lovely quick stop over here as we had a flight early morning from Naples Airport. The staff could not do enough for us. The hotel itself is spotless and we have no complaints. The area is a little scary but just have your wits about you, dont have your flashy items on show and dont converse with beggars or touters and you will be fine.

Close to public transportation and can walk to the train station. This hotel was a stop over for a couple of night to visit Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. As such, it filled our needs without complaint.

Very nice hotel, located near main rail way station in Napoli. Hotel staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast very good- coffe and sweets! I recommend rather. for a short trip, because there are a lot of immigrants in the area. Small room but clean. For this very good price- very good hotel!

We were a group of 4 people who have had just checked out on the 1st March 2018. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast might be too simple for someone, but, it was good enough for us. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk to the train station. We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay comfortable and happy. Thank you very much for everything.

From my perspective the hotel was not great. Shower was dirty, towels were like sandpaper.
The location was good based on the proximity with the Napoli Central Station; however, me and wife felt a little weary given that we felt that it was a dangerous neighborhood.
From a location stand-point to the train station the hotel is great, but other than that I would not recommend it.

Receptionist can't speak English.
Toilet seat is broken.
No pillowcase in one of the bed and no bedsheet, just cover bed with the red top sheet.
Hotel on the 2nd floor, you have to put your own money before you can use the lift, this was not mentioned in the description.
Breakfast is not good.

This hotel is located near the street markets and there are a lot of black people very near. Their behaviour is normal .and quiet. It is a bit surprising at first.. It is very close to the main train station : 2 metro lines, circulanumvesuviana for Pompei, Herculanum and also the Amalfi coast if you take a bus from Sorrente. This a family hotel, the staff is nice. I had a pleasant stay there.
