PIERfect VIEW is a 1 bedroom Second Floor (4-sets of stairs -no elevator) Beachfront condo that is located in the sought after Condominium Complex called Ocean Cove. The unit will accommodate a couple or a small family. It is PIERfect for that romantic get-away or for your young family to enjoy the beach, ocean front pool and nearby activities! It is fairly new to the market and features updated flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, tiled back splash, counter lighting, fun tile around jetted tub, queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. The small bunk beds are smaller than a twin and will only accommodate a child. We are most excited about our newly enlarged custom tiled shower this season with glass door.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the waves and sunset on the oceanfront deck relaxing in our brand new Andirondack style chairs and table. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a (Novaform) memory foam mattress and a whirlpool tub. Tuck the little ones in the Bunk Bed nook. A Queen sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We have added a Keurig coffee pot this season for those of you who have their favorite pods to bring as well a large capacity brew pot. Both TV's are equipped with Amazon fire stick. Netflix is included along with YouTube TV app and highspeed internet. The beach and pool couldn't be any closer. The oceanfront pool provides lounge chairs for your comfort and a shower to rinse all the sand away. There is also a picnic area for grilling your fresh caught fish. You are only a short walk from restaurants, shops, beach rentals, fishing pier, arcade, museum and putt putt golf. The unit offers a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is plenty of parking for your car and a parking tag to hang from your mirror will be in the unit for you. A storage space on the ground will be available for you to store your beach/pool items. You are welcome to use and return the items that are in the storage area.

*** Linens, Bath mats, Bath/ Kitchen Towels are NOT provided. Contact [email protected] if you would like to rent these items and have them delivered. The pricing is $12.00 per sheet set and $8.00 for a set of towels. Email her with questions regarding any of your linen needs.

*No Smoking or Pets permitted due to HOA rules.

* CHECK IN 4:00 and CHECK OUT is 10:00

*** Toilet paper, Dishwasher pods and Liquid dish detergent will be provided.

*** A ring camera is installed over the exterior door in the stairwell for security measures.

We started coming to Ocean Isle six years ago and finally we have found our Ocean Cove paradise! The unit was very clean, updated, and matches the pictures online exactly. The new shower is huge and makes cleaning up after a beach day quick and easy.

The condo was beautiful. In a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, a huge park that my daughter really enjoyed, put put, shopping, and the museum of costal Carolina. We enjoyed spending every morning on the patio overlooking the beach.

The property was awesome, as was the location. The listing was accurate and Lisa the property manager could not have been more helpful. She even left some welcome gifts for our family. Have stayed at ocean cove before however this unit was far superior. It was very nice and very accommodating. Had an issue with the lock and literally was fixed within an hour. Hope to stay again.

The name of the property says it all! This was our first trip to Ocean Isle Beach, and we completely fell in love. We had a direct ocean front view, and it didn’t take more than a couple of minutes to walk down to the beach. Being on the second floor, there were a few steps, but those weren’t even bad! This was probably the cleanest, most comfortable and well equipped condo we have ever stayed in anywhere. Communication with Lisa couldn’t have been better, and all instructions/directions were perfectly clear. Ocean Cove is located on the most beautiful wide stretch of beach, and within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and other activities. We can’t wait to come back!

Lisa is great! She left a welcome note and a bottle of wine! How welcoming! Communication was easy and pleasant! Cute little place for my husband and myself. Perfect fit! Clean. Nicely decorated. We love a full kitchen. Beach front view is a little limited by another building but still nice. Love sitting on the deck watching the ocean, the pier and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall we had a great experience. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The location is perfect. There is quite a bit within walking distance. The view of the beach and pier from the deck is pierfect. Lisa is a great host and kept in contact throughout the week. I would happily rent this condo again.

The property is in perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants,stores and park. The view is great and the owners were great! Well stocked. Only complaint is the shower is pretty small, but it is clean and functional. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It was perfect for two 50+ folks who haven't been on vacation since before Covid. Very clean and cozy and the bottle of wine was the perfect touch. Even two rainy days didn't spoil our trip. We will definitely be back next year. The beaches are clean and family oriented. Restaurants close by so you dont have to get back in the car. Ocean Isle and Ocean Cove did not disappoint!

Ocean Isle Beach is a beautiful place to stay. Quiet in April but still plenty to do. The condo was very clean and had a fantastic view of the beach/ocean. Lisa was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the visit. I would definitely stay here again!

We were itching to get down to the beach after a long winter and Lisa's place was perfect for us. It was clean and cheerfully decorated so we enjoyed our time inside catching up as much as we did our time on the beach. It was roomy and so comfortable. I loved the private balcony with a view of the ocean and pier. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a little chilly for a dip in the pool, but the pool and pool deck is very nice. Easy, convenient parking. We plan to stay at PIERfect View again in the fall. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Lisa!

It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. We spent a lot of time at the condo relaxing and enjoying ourselves with many trips down to the beach! If you have a choice pick this property and you won't be disappointed!!!
