My brother, adult niece and I came to visit my son at CU and explore the area. Jennifer’s home is ideally located for enjoying all Boulder has to offer. The home is completely renovated and was very clean. The pictures and description are entirely accurate. Communication with the host was seamless as well. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for everything you will want to do in Boulder and surrounding areas. Quick drive or bike ride to Pearl Street. Boulder Falls is an easy hike! Great views from Betasso Preserve! Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. Stocked with everything you will need. Host was very easy to communicate with, and even gave great recommendations of things to do for day trips. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house to stay when visiting kids at college. Super clean and well organized with all essentials. We had an unfortunate issue with the host's communication style when we held a small gathering to celebrate our son's graduation in the garden. A few more family members attended than was expected. Unfortunately the host arrived on property and demanded that everyone leave in a very abrupt manner as we had missed her text. This was very upsetting to us all. The gathering was a mix of graduates, parents and grandparents and was during the day. We left the house in immaculate condition and took away all the trash. We apologized for the gathering of extra people and our guests left as she requested. So all in all a great place to stay if a very small group and are not planning a celebration or any social gatherings.

We are a family of four and visited UC Boulder. This home was perfect for my husband and I, and our two teenagers. My son is a runner and this house was close to trails. We loved being walking distance to get breakfast and groceries. The host was responsive. Great stay!

We had a great stay with Jennifer, her hospitality and care of her guests is unparalleled, simply fantastic! Snowed while we were in town, and the walkway and sidewalks were shoveled and clean before we knew it. Jennifer knew we were coming in for the holiday and made sure the kitchen had everything we needed to prep for Thanksgiving!! The house is perfectly situated, well appointed and very clean and oh so comfortable. Close to everything you will want to see or do in the Boulder Area. Can’t wait for our return visit!

Came in from Oregon to watch our college team play University of Colorado, perfect location. If you're going to a game, nice house well appointed. Communication with the owners is amazingly awesome. They were there to answer questions and just chit chat back and forth because I'm weird that way. Gave us good recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and places to go. If I come back this way I definitely would stay here again.

Property as advertised. Appears to have been recently renovated. Other than “squeaky” floors absolutely no complaints. Thanks!

Great Location for proximity to campus. Property was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues other than Roku not working all the time for TV. This was one of the nicest homes in neighborhood, as some of the other homes had yards that were not mowed, etc.
