Wonderful!

Alejandro was amazing at the front desk- he made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Great spa and massages!! Will stop again … cleanest and classiest hotel in El Paso.

Just okay for the money.

Clean sheets and bathroom, quick service provided.

Very thin walls and loud/noisy. Air conditioning makes continuous high pitched noise, and smell of mold in rooms. Very expensive valet parking.

Beautiful hotel in a downtrodden city.

Beautiful hotel with a comfortable room. It was very near the passport office so I could walk.

Unfortunately downtown El Paso doesn't have much going for it. Nothing the hotel can do about that. Given the neighborhood I feel the price is high.

genuinely clean and comfortable with multiple amenities, and doesn’t feel like a run of the mill hotel.

difficult to find, staff was also asleep which made us think that we missed our check in time because it was 1130pm at our arrival.

a great location in downtown with very comfortable rooms.

the room was comfortable and the staff very nice, especially Victor the Valet guy!

no tea/coffee in the room, but they brought hot water quickly when asked.

Not worth the money.

Liked the staff and their excellent service.

Our room was over the lounge and very noisy. Then the nightclub across the street was loud into the wee hours. Finally trucks backing up early in the morning woke us up. Not worth the $345.00 I paid for 1 night. Your site says pet friendly and you find out that means a 100.00 cleaning charge. We won't be back.

Anyone who reads this STAY DEFINITELY!

Everything. The valet crew morning & night shift was amazing very courteous. The hotel was immaculate unlike anything my girlfriend & I have seen or stayed at. The room was something you see in the movies of glamorous, very peaceful and the view was nice at night into the day. We didn’t try the dinner & bar but we want to the next time. The breakfast was amazing and so quiet when we went early in the morning. The kitchen staff was very attentive and quick to take care of us (Shout out to Desiree) our waitress. We loved our stay and are ready to comeback soon. We both agreed no other hotel could match where we just stayed so like I said we’re definitely coming back but for a suite this time.

Well downtown isn’t always the best place as far as surroundings but that’s not the hotels fault.

The staff and manager they where very nice and helpful they offered an upgrade for one of the rooms for a suite and give us a direct access to it thanks for that and you can notice it is a new hotel, and nice valet parking team.

The suite was a very dark room specially at the bed section no light at all (I needed to turn my mobile flash if need something next to it) the bed was one of those that comes from the wall not comfort and most of the time the bellows fall due to the space from the wall, bathroom has no door open towards the room, no safe in the room and I found out in the other room they have one but not fixed!, hot water you need to wait for a quite time.

The trash pickup at 530 in the morning woke us up. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Pretty and clean, but the restaurant menu was a little overdone.

Room was clean and updated. The bathroom was nice, but there was no hot water when we were there.

The price was expensive in the restaurant and although it was good, there could have been some options that weren’t so “complicated.”
