they do need to focus on the cleaning of the bathroom and mirrors a little more. you can tell the room was cleaned but t

it was in a great location. My doctor was 2 miles away.

the beds are so uncomfortable! worst night of sleep I’ve had. pillows are past their use date, definitely need new ones.

property needs to up grade the house keeping service and in suite conditions to match the cost!

large suite rooms with kitchens, daily break fast was good with a lot of selection. this property was safer than others in the area.

every 4th day cleaning, no vacuuming or dusting, no extra TP, paper towel provided up cleaning the 4th day. has to call down and ask and go get it my self. bedding was worn and the previous occupant smoked heavily in the room. we still payed full price four a noon-smoking room that reeeked of cigarette smoke.

2 stars just because ut was very clean

I like the inside of the building, it was clean the entrance only

I didn't like the customer service the guy that checked us in made it seemed like we couldn't afford it and wasn't very helpful at all and rude hecwas very thin and im Spanish he right away said I don't speak Spanish and my Husband had to translate but I understand English very well but not speak it gd and he was plain rude and the suite we got with the wall splitting the room and living was very crowded it, I probably won't be staying at this motel again. Oh I asked the guy for coffe he said there some in the room, he didn't say we have some here or water nothing urgh he was plain ugly rude!!!! For the money this hotel charges they need to invest in customer service way better...

great location, near the airport, restaurants, near the freeway.

breakfast lounge. female person Monday morning was just standing in room behind food self service area, being judgemental and vocal when we did not see any “ gloves to be used” sign in order toserve our selves. No visible sign is posted. She should make certain that food in covered trays is ACTULLY Hot. Potatos and eggs were not even warm! she did cone out into the food area but only to converse with a guest.

Comfortable bed. Car full of belongings stayed safe overnight.

Significantly overpriced. Kitchen area was dirty, smudges on windows. Air/heat was hard to work.

We like the convience of the location.

The room was not as expected. The kitchen did not have paper towels or utensils. The trash can under the sink was very small and did not hold much trash. The room size was smaller than expected for the 5 of us. The bathtub did not have anti-slip surface. My husband almost fell in the tub. I had reserved a handicap accessible room but was given this room instead. Breakfast was served buffet style which was disappointing since COVID -19 was increasing daily so we chose to not have breakfast.

Military move

The property was clean and well taken care of and staff was very nice and helpful.

To property was to close to the freeway which made it loud. The outdoor pool could have been better cared for and honestly the building could have been designed better to block some of the freeway sounds when at the pool.

It was okay

The rooms are clean and great in size, and it seems to have a nice outside pool. The location is also good with easy access to roads. The fact that it is pet-friendly is a plus.

We stayed here two times. The first time was pretty good safety-wise, but the second time, even though the hotel facilities have signs requesting guests to keep masks on when inside the building, the majority of guests were not respecting this.

Other than the ants, it was great!

There were ants in our bathroom. We woke up to them in the bathtub. And on our shower toiletries. Luckily it was contained to the bathroom.
