The Hotel Europa is brilliantly located. You can walk (12 -15 min) from the train station, and the entire most respectable part of Padua is within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and of good quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Cristina. Our suitcase was taken in Treviso Airport by mistake. Cristina spared no time to find and receive it. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Padua.

The location is great walking distance to may of the sights. Close the train station. The room was clean and well kept. The 7th floor rooms have a patio overlooking Padova, which is nice.
The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The pillows were very flat and there were no drawers for clothes. No coffee maker or way to make hot water for tea.

The location is great.
The shower was dreadful. Some days it took more than 5 minutes for the water to get hot. The room was small and pillows too hard. I stayed in much cheaper 3 star places elsewhere in Italy that were much better.

Room excellent with good shower.
Breakfasts were ok but not the best.

We were assured before booking that a gluten free breakfast would be available (one of our party is coeliac). This 'gluten free breakfast' consisted solely of pre packaged cake / biscuits. Despite a breakfast buffet for other guests containing items (cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit) that could quite easily have been suitable for a coeliac with minimal checking on the part of the hotel, no-one was prepared to so this. Three members of staff insisted that nothing on the buffet was gluten free. Lazy, rude and inconsiderate! Pre packaged cakes alone so not constitute a hotel breakfast - we could have bought that at the supermarket !! very disappointing.

The location and convenience to where I needed to go.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was too warm. The breakfast had too many cakes, biscuits on offer. There was bacon and scrambled egg, which was not nice. There were no tomatoes and mushrooms on offer here. For an Irish guest, there was no information in English about the city. All tv channels were in Italian, which surprised me as you would normally get Sky news on the continent of Europe.

location clean warm lovely service at dinner in the restaurant
some staff at reception could try a little harder to be friendly, most of them did!
there was never enough bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast

Nice located next to the historic area of Padova. Good Home Base for Sigh Seeing. We recieved a warm welcome, with good service. Outside would need bit love and some reworks. Inside well in shape and nice.
Front Desk nice designed and well organized, Public areas well in shape, Restaurant lovely and we had every day a very nice Breakfast with good choice like scrambled eggs, ham, jam, ... and good coffee.
Room was nice and exactly as shown on booking. Bit noise but this is very common for hotels.
Just as we booked we:re allready got an offer for an parking garage next to the hotel, I would reccomend to take it.
Would be great to move Loading area against driving direction, to get more easy access to garage.
Change Hotel cards most of them used and causing issues

Nothing.
We got to this property to be told they could only accommodate us for 2 nights, even though we had booked for 3 nights. We had booked the room 6 months prior. No one bothered to contact us prior to our arrival to inform us of the situation. The manager did not apologise, but said ‘mistakes happen’, and that was that and it was our problem. All close city hotels were fully booked, so we had to frantically find another hotel. Disgusted with the way we were treated.

Breakfast was good. Would appreciate some vegetables.
Room is very comfortable.
The shower should be scrubbed a little more.

Location was great.
We were not given the room we requested originally…. However it was changed immediately when I commented. Our new room should have been lovely, but the air conditioning was so loud we had difficulty sleeping and towards the end of our stay we lost electricity on 2 occasions.
