Your group of up to 12 will feel pampered at this pristine property in Brewster, privately situated on more than 1.5 acres. The sweet new screened porch functions as a summer-time family room, with plenty of cushioned, comfy seating and a big TV. Outside, there is a deck plus multiple patios, two with umbrella shaded dining tables and chairs. There's yet another patio where you'll find the fire pit. The well-kept yard is huge, so the kids can run and play safely. Be sure to try your hand at bocce on the custom bocce court so thoughtfully provided.
After your day on one of the nearby Dennis beaches, you'll enjoy rinsing off the salt and sand in the oversized outdoor shower, maybe followed by a little chill time in the spacious, soothing hot tub. Then it's time to fire up the oversized gas grill and dine al fresco.
Besides the bayside beaches only ten minutes from the house, you'll also discover several excellent restaurants on Main Street (Route 6A), Dennis. Try the tuna martini, one of the house specials at the Scargo Café. And for some of the very best fried clams anywhere on the Cape and other nautical delicacies, be sure to check out the Sesuit Harbor Café, where you can dine outside and watch the boats coming and going.
Planning to cook in? Check out the Dennis Public Market, also only a 10-minute drive away on Main Street, for the freshest meats and produce around.
Inside the 2,900+ sq. ft, home, you'll also find abundant gathering places. There's a small lounge area just off the kitchen/dining area. It's just a warm-up act for the main level living room beyond, which includes a big screen TV. The sparkling white kitchen is fully equipped, includes peninsula counter seating for four, as well as a walk-in pantry. You'll find both a regular drip style coffee maker as well as a Keurig®. The artfully implemented blue and white color palette in this part of the house is absolutely striking.
Four of the home's bedrooms are located on the second level, three with queen size beds plus the primary suite with a king size bed and private full bath en suite. There's also a private work station for checking email or working remote. One of the upstairs full baths houses the laundry

This house was perfect for 4 couples attending a fall wedding at Ocean Edge. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, kitchen with everything you could need, and the outdoor spaces were spectacular. Only downside is that we have a place in Falmouth, so probably can’t justify coming back each month! Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay and the house had everything we need plus some. We so enjoyed taking our coffee out to the sun room in the morning. The house and grounds are so beautiful. Thank you so much.

We very much enjoyed the home, which was lovely, and so well appointed, that we did not want for anything. It ended up being in a good location for trying many of the capes golf courses, and we found many really good local restaurants for dinner. We may do this again next year, but just not ready for our group to commit yet. We all give this a thumbs up.

This house was perfect for our family group of 11 people. The house is beautiful and even more spacious and lovely than the photos depict. The yard is huge and was great for our children to play baseball, bocci ball and basketball when we returned from the beaches or for us to sit and read a book in any of the outdoor sitting areas. The house is stocked with everything you could need: kitchen items, beach chairs and toys, beach towels, laundry detergent, kid’s games and outdoor items. Although it’s a bit of a drive to the beaches, it was worth it for the peace and relaxation that the house provided on the very private lot. The property manager was super helpful throughout the process and even tracked down some important items we left upon checkout. We would absolutely book the house again!

Beautiful home with a lot of space both inside and out. Large lush yard with lots of places to explore. Kids enjoyed the fire pit, basketball hoop and nearby pond. The house had all the amenities we needed and more than enough space to house our 3 families (7 kids 10 and under). We are looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful cape property. Short drive to Brewster beaches.

have stayed in many VRBO over the years but without a doubt this was the best. no expense was spared in this house. Quality furniture, bedding, fully equipped kitchen with everything imaginable. house has bocci, hot tub, horseshoes, fire pit and large back yard to set up badminton net. Top notch all the way. only downside its location was off the beaten path in Brewster and required us to drive aways to most places, although someday prefer that over the congestion of Hyannis or Yarmouth. Rate this place A+++++
