This home has a private dock to tie your boat up so you can begin your boating day at a moments notice. The canal offers easy access to Port Charlotte, Boca Grande and of course the Gulf of Mexico.
There are two kayaks and three bikes available for guest use here as well! Easily ride bikes to downtown Punta Gorda, or enjoy a leisurely kayak in the canals.
This home is beautifully renovated and professionally decorated with you in mind. As you enter the double doors to the home your eyes are immediately drawn to the sparkling waters of the pool and the canal beyond. The open concept floor plan is bright and airy, always letting in the Florida sun. This home is also outlined by 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a split floor plan for maximum privacy.
The formal living room looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. To enjoy absolute perfection in the winter months, open the lanai doors for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.
The kitchen is stunning with its upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops and opens up to the family room and breakfast nook all of which have shimmering views of the canal and pool deck. Both the kitchen and living room offer sliding glass doors that open to the enclosed screened lanai.
As you step onto the lanai with gorgeous views of the canal, plenty of outdoor seating, an outdoor kitchen and a fire table you wont want to go back inside.
After a day on the water, you can plan to cook up your fresh catch of the day here in the fantastic outdoor kitchen then enjoy it poolside.
The dock here has many improvements as well which includes dredging to a 6 ft. depth to accommodate a deep draft sailboat.
Additionally, this home sports a 2-car garage, storm windows, and mature landscaping. This home is truly a boaters dream.

Master Bedroom- King Bed/master en-suite bathroom / Patio access
Second Bedroom- Queen Bed
Third Bedroom-Two twin beds and full-size crib
Dock- Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or fishing. Kayaks in the garage.
Boat on lift -The boat is the Owners personal boat and is not available for usage. Please do not attempt to operate the lift or boat.
Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional Cost will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

The beautiful beaches of Manasota Key are a short 45-minute drive away, Boca Grande is 35 minutes

Saint Andrews South Golf Club is 1 mile
Public Boat Ramp access Laishley Park for easy access to the water by boat is just over 3 miles
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
