It was an amazing experience. First time getting an all inclusive and I come to find out its the newest hotel in Cabo with a lazy river.

Quiet and clean resort, not too many people were there.

It is a new resort so many things are still working and functioning super good, amazing staff and good food. But you need a splash park/slide for kids.
Two things we don't like is.
1) signing a cheque after every meal for an all inclusive resort, is not necessary and a waste of time. People go on vacation so they are not accountable for anything in that short period, signing a cheque just feel like we are not on vacation.
2) don't force people to join your membership in tricking them with little gift, it makes the membership suspicious coz why are you so desperate to sell it so bad? and start lieing to people that it's not a sales meeting at the beginning of the meeting and wasted over 3 hrs of our vacation time. Other than those 2 things the facility and the staffs are great.

The all inclusive package is the best value in Cabo. The food, the service, and the facilities are amazing. I highly recommend this place. We will be back again.

Lazy river was green the first few days. Pool service was slow. Only 3 restaurants
Beds very comfortable.

Loved the lazy river, but the floaties they provide are uncomfortable. I’d recommend bringing your own. The place is wonderful and the food is amazing. The place still had construction going on which would have been nice to know before we booked. I would like to come back and experience the whole resort once it’s finished. Very family friendly! The place to go if you just want to relax and soak up the sun.

Pros: Great resort. Employees were friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and had two bathrooms. Favorite restaurant was the Italian Taberna but enjoyed all our meals. Kids spent so much time in the lazy river and pools. Would definitely return.
Downsides: Construction is ongoing for the next month at the infinity pool area so it was closed and there was noise from jackhammers during parts of the day. Online menus not available for all restaurants which is difficult when trying to pick for picky kids. All inclusive guests have to sign checks even if there are no charges. Ocean isn’t swimmable in front of resort.

Meals are gourmet ! Excellent staff delicious food. All inclusive allows for all food drinks and snacks. Mexican Italian and a steakhouse restaurants on the property.clean gym and spa. access to the beach. The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean and a luxury experience, great for families !!

The property was beautiful however service could have been better. They seemed to be understaffed and it would take forever to be serve when going to the restaurant and even the service by the pools. Food options were a bit limited. Restaurants always seemed to be booked already and often told to wait for a cancellation. The infinity pool was also closed due to remodeling which caused the service at the pools for drinks and food to end at 4:30pm. Other than that, the spa was amazing.

The best thing was the food. Everything tasted like in a 5 star restaurant. Very clean, staff was amazing. Pools were nice.

I travelled with my kids and we had an excellent stay in this hotel. The facilities are clean and well maintained, there is enough choice of good food options and the staff is very nice.
The only part that could be improved is the check in and check out.

We had a great stay with our family of 5 (3 teens) in a two bedroom suite for 4 nights. The resort is gorgeous and well maintained. We used the gym and swam in all 3 pools and tried all of the restaurants.
Pros: Great room, food is excellent, pools are clean and lovely. Lazy River was a nice bonus. Loved that we could order food and eat poolside. Resort is stunningly gorgeous.
Cons: The infinity pool closed on our 3rd day there. Luckily we spent day 1 and 2 there knowing it was about to close for remodeling. We weren’t expecting to hear jackhammers for the next two days so that was disappointing. Plus we lost the great views of the ocean and coastline. If you are wanting to book I would wait until after this remodel is finished.
Also having the all inclusive plan and still having to close out checks poolside and at every restaurant is exhausting. We always bring plenty of cash to tip our waiters so if they were doing it for that reason, it was extra unnecessary. Y'all really need to figure out a way to not burden your all inclusive guests with these worthless bills. Literally no other resort does this.
Also they were lacking in entertainment options in the evenings especially for adults.
Otherwise a great family resort!

It’s a beautiful hotel with great looking rooms. However, the restaurants were fully booked. The service at the Italian restaurant was horrible- waiting 30-45 minutes to get a table, and then 1 hour more to get the food served. The Steak house was super professional- but to get a table you must be at the opening at 3:00 to even have a chance to get a table- if you are staying for more than three days that is… The Buffet is open, but also here there was a lot of waiting. Especially when there was entertainment- people would finish their food and enjoy the show while hungry guests were waiting for a table.
The pool was dirty, but a lot of space. Not overcrowded. Children should wear earplugs in the water to avoid getting ear infections…
There is not much to do for children, except for the pool and kids club, no playground. It was great joining the karaoke in the evening- that was amazing🙌

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The service was excellent. Somethings to note. The beach isn't swimmable. This is a Wellness and membership resort. It's very relaxing but there aren't any entertainment shows at night. The membership presentation was supposed to be 90 minutes however I felt like I was being held hostage after 3.5 hrs. After I said no 6 times I thought I was leaving to collect my discounted excursion vouchers but was taken into another room to be hassled by another sales person. It was awful. Other than that everything else was great. We were then able to enjoy the rest of our trip.

The property was really good and the food and drinks were top quality the only problem is that the property don’t have any entertainment and everything close super early including the lobby bar closes at 10 pm and you have to go sleep at 10 because of that

I love how all the staff are very respectful and friendly I really can’t remember everyone’s name but what I can remember I want to thank florentino de Jesús, and Beatriz for being attentive, as well as everyone else. The resort is very clean and well kept.

My partner and I found the resort very unprofessional as we came one day late due to the Global outtage and all flights either being cancelled or delayed. This was out of our hands. Not only was there lack of flights we don’t have access to the internet and phones the whole time during our travels. We used airport wifi when it was connected to get in contact with the airlines to figure out what happened. Long story short we arrived a day later to our resort and our resort charged us for the day we did not arrive initially for. We communicated that this was out of our hands and we could. It do anything about it. The global outtage affected all flights. We are lucky to have even made it as many people lost days of traveling due to the whole world wide issue.
Having said, on our last day we had to pay for the day late fee and the first day payment of not even being there. We were not happy about that as circumstances were out of our control. The resort staff told us to contact Expedia and we did.
Expedia tried reaching out back to the resort to have them refund our money as they should have and unfortunately they have not responded to Expedia either. Their response was “Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the change fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. We're really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for o

It was pleasant with so much to do and still be able to relax. The MEXICAN restaurant was great and the staff was on top of it. By far the mexican restaurant was the best. The Italian restaurant had a long wait and took forever for the food to come out. However the food was good.

Highly recommend this resort. The kids had a blast utilizing all the pools and the lazy river. Service, cleanliness, rooms and food were 10/10. Would definitely go back. It’s beautiful!
If you’re planning on swimming in the ocean, this resort has a black flag warning so you can’t.

The property was very nice and the lazy river was awesome along with the pool and restaurant staff. That was all ruined by the hotel manager she suggested I go to the restaurant for my own reservations because the concierge their soul job was too sell timeshare memberships/ appointments. That 2 1/2 hour experience was equally as bad. I definitely would not be recommending this place to friends or family and won’t be going back myself regardless of how much I liked the property and the other staff

We were traveling as a family and had reserved four rooms. Upon arrival, we were informed that there were no rooms available together. Since I was traveling with my daughter, I did not feel comfortable staying on the other side of the hotel while my family stayed on the other wing. I asked, pleaded even to look into it. Without any effort, check in person strictly said no and there was no room. My sister did the same with another check in person, and she was upgraded and got a connecting room. If was disheartening that the person I checked in with was so cold and unwelcoming.
Like many places, this was resort was shortstaffed for dining services. Most restaurants with reservations had a one week waitlist, which didn’t work for us because we would only be there a week. It was a long process to get seated, served and receive our bill. Yes, even though it was all inclusive we would still receive a bill at the end of meal service in which we had to fill out our name, room number, signature, tips, and total. This seemed unnecessary since it is an all inclusive resort - magician, because I traveled with my daughter, I would receive two bills (One for her, one for me) this was excessive in my opinion. Upon check out, I received a bill in which on two occasions, someone charged “extra gratuity” , The gratuity totaled $16 which isn’t much but was not approved by me what makes it unethical. I would always place a zero on extra gratuity because I would only leave cash.

Check in was easy. They try to pressure you in buying a timeshare *dont do it”. Rooms: clean and very modern. Restaurants: decent but not many options at all. Buffett was very limited. Same stuff everyday. Service at the restaurants besides the pool and the steakhouse were very slow. No one pre bussed their tables, drinks arrived way late and it took forever to get your tab. *need to sign for everything*. Looked like they had way more guest than servers. Pool was nice but really warm. Beach is off limits to swim due to the current. Property was clean. Very limited on activities. Shows at el patron only lasted for an hour. For the amount of money you spend for an all inclusive, I would recommend another resort. Wouldn’t be surprised I get an automated response back from the resort.

Restaurants were too busy and almost impossible to get anywhere.
LA patrons breakfast was good.
Latitude was excellent
Stuff were great
Hotel managers were hard to find

Very clean, great service, lots of space at the different pools, lazy river is great. They have plenty of tubes, but i would recomend bringing a smaller "floaty" so you can float in the water vs on top of tube in hot sun. You can make dinner reservations on the website a week ahead of time. Steak house is great plan at lease an hour or more for full dinner.
