Great location, walking distance to the old town. Staff were all very helpful in both this location and the beach location- the shuttle is very useful! Very lively and social every day. Pool and facilities were good. Rooms cleaned daily
Nothing- it was great
3.5
+ very modern bathroom and nice shower
+ long check-in hours
+ free drink if you check-in online before hand
+ free transfer to the beach (fuse beach hostel)
- party hostel (and therefore not very social unless you are drinking a lot)
- overrated: you pay don't get your moneys worth
- upper beds dont have curtains

The staff was very friendly, they tried to engage us in everything and to encourage conversation. They provided us with some recommendations for the city in the form of an interactive map. Bar was at disposal. Extremely helpful. They do cool tours and provide all kinds of services. Met loads of fun people whilst there.
This would possibly change as they said they're talking about it but no shelves or lights next to bunk beds.

Nice dorms, good events and reps and staff were fun :)
No curtains on top bunks

Es wurden viele Aktivitäten angeboten. Im Hostel ist immer was los abends.
Leider gab es Probleme bei der Reservierung Tabletten. Die Zimmer sind auch hellhörig und die Betten überhaupt nicht bequem.

The property was in a great location and very suited to backpacking. We met lots of friendly people and had a great time during our stay.
There was only one toilet/shower to each room and there was no door on the toilet which proved quite tricky.

The location is great. The outdoor seating is lovely. Was great to book the cooking class through the hostel. Having a tailors downstairs is great and super handy when my shorts needed repairing!
Wish there was a duvet instead of just a sheet and thin blanket. The bathrooms in the dorm didn’t get a thorough clean whilst I was staying. The staff weren’t helpful, when my friend asked for advice they told her to google it…it’s more of a party hostel than I thought it would be.

Social
The rats in the bedrooms, and staff did not help to make other room arrangements
3.5
Location. Clean property
Only one bathroom for 12 dorm rooms 😏😕
And the room rate was high

really nice staff
when there is an event at the bar, it is a little loud in the rooms, too

Fuse Old Town was lovely. They offered a free shuttle four times a day to the beach, bike tours, cooking classes, happy hour and a sauna. The location is perfect and the staff was so kind. I left a few things behind and they went out of their way to ship them to me in Hanoi. I'd definitely stay again!
They had some plumbing issues the first night n stayed but sorted it rather quickly.

Very sociable, short walk to the old town.
Some beds in the dorms were next to windows with no curtains, it was hard to have a good night sleep without the sunrise waking you up.
0.5
It was close to old town
The staff and “policies” are put in place to scam/screw you. If you stay, expect to have a bad experience and/or unexpected fees

Everything was perfect!! amazing location, staff were so helpful, comfy beds, amazing shower, always clean
absolutely nothing! it was easily the best hostel I stayed in Vietnam!
3.0
ideal location, the walking tour was very good!
refillable water!
hot water in the showers
big lockers
rooms had AC
the rooms had only ONE bathroom for 12 people so waiting around a lot!
one member of staff at reception wasn’t very nice nor helpful.
but the others were lovely
although I booked a bus tour through them, it forgot us and came 30mins late.
the blanket was just a thin sheet
bathrooms smelt bad
the pool was being renovated so not a good sight but they did have a shuttle to take you to the other one I just didn’t have time to go.

Free beer, games, tours, transfer to the beach hostel...
No courtains and when I changed room, no sockets near the bed.

So comfy, great location and very clean 🙌🏻🙌🏻
No curtains for each bed

new facilities! beds were comfy, not a ton of privacy but good air conditioning and really great shower/ toilet.
could use lockers for the room, it’s a great crowd but having that option is always good, especially when they have beds with no curtains or walls.
4.5
amazing private room! perfect location. lot of party vibe, but also fine for couples traveling.
Only downside was the noise from the pool construction, but did not start to early
pool construction

Great location on the corner, just a short walk from the river. Very nice staff, comfortable rooms and beds.
Its still new - so they are working on setting up partnerships, lockers and other processes to complete a stay experience.
4.5
Super clean, super well located and with a friendly staff.
It's a new place and everything is super well manteined. Sometimes it feels that you are in a hotel.
They have free beers from 17h-17h30 that's nice too hangout with other travelers.
You can use the Fuse beach and drink the free beers from there and sometimes they have a beach party.
They also have free walking tour where you can know the best places to eat and some another tours.
3.5
Nice, clean and modern facilities.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable (too soft for our liking).
