Camas muy cómodas y excelente relación calidad/precio.

The room was very large and had a little balcony attached, which was convenient for drying clothes I washed. The bed was comfortable and the shower functioned. The receptionist was helpful. The location was very good, near the Parque Centenario, and walking distance from the Malecon and the Mercado Artesanal. During my one day (two nights) in Guayaquil, I didn’t have the feeling of being unsafe where I walked, but was advised not to stroll around at night. The large bathroom with shower was OK. If I remember correctly, the WiFi worked well, too. There was a small sitting area where guests could have a Nescafé or tea.
There are a lot of stairs from the street up to the reception and I was lucky to find someone coming in to help with my heavy suitcase. The air-conditioning took quite a long time to start cooling the room, and Guayaquil is HOT! That’s why I marked it lower for comfort. But all in all I was satisfied with this hotel.

A great location within walking distance to the city centre and main attractions within it. We received a lovely friendly welcome and were well looked after by the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with all we needed. The shower had very low pressure and the toilet took a long time to refill. Easy to get to from the main bus terminal via the city bus system. Recommend for a short stay :-)

My stay at the Galapagos hostel was very pleasant. Everything was close the restaurants, the shops, and I will definitely return. I loved the green lights in the room

The staff is very nice and helpful! We arrived in the middle of the night and the guy was waiting for us, we even had to call before to cross-check the address and it was really impressive that he was not sleeping. Air con makes a huge difference, since the city is very hot.
Unfortunately the street where the hotel is located is very noise in the morning, so it was impossible to sleep. The hotel itself is quite old and not well maintained. It definitely needs a renovation. There was no hot water at all. As a recommendation, it would be good to have one hair dryer at the reception for guests.

Perfect location. Very kind staff (Karen is the best!). She gave me a great recommendation for bolon only two blocks from the hotel. It’s called Sun Coffee. The air conditioning works very well and it is necessary in the climate of Guayaquil. The bed was comfortable. Great stay. Very recommended!
The wifi wasn’t working well on the 3rd floor but they told me they are fixing it.
