| Long Stay Cleaning Fees | Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed.

This was an over all terrible place to stay. Parking is $30 per night!!!! Mildew in King bath! Queen bed is on the floor!!! Do not stay here. Location terrible! Chec-kin process terrible! It is VERY DATED.

I have neglected communicating with you as our stay was bothersome! We encountered roaches in my grandson’s room & the kitchen! Abode had us to move into another unit (which was very bothersome). I had to pack up all our belongings & move them to the second unit (This was a solo act as my husband is handicapped). The kitchen in both units needs new cookware and the second bedroom should have a television (it’s 2024…what bedroom is without a television) Although Abode promptly provided us with a second unit, I feel that these units need to be exterminated on a more regular basis (probably after each customer). Thank goodness I will never have to return there again.

The condo was very clean and communitcation with the owner was 5 stars. check in was somewhat stressful as was the booking process. as a owner of a vacation rental I understand that owners want to be sure there renting to reputable people but its a lot of off platform paperwork to rent a condo and a lot of instructions to follow to get into the building the first time. I found the area to be a big disappointment as far as Beale st. pat downs to get into a bar seemed strange, bars are run down and there was very little music. we did enjoy the history of the city

I reserved this property to host my family (8 people) coming from different parts of the country for a Thanksgiving meal. However, I felt the clearance process to be approved to stay was a bit excessive. The property owners needed a lot of personal information from me and my guests. Also, in the original photos, there is a long dining room table that I thought would be included in the property. However, they do say that each unit's furnishings will not be the same in the listing. Overall, the 2bd/2bath condo is spacious, clean and up to date. The bathrooms and the kitchen space were better than any other VRBO establishment I have stayed in. The stay in the condo made up for the pre-check security clearance bombardment of questions. 7.5/10
