The first floor welcomes you with a large master bed room with a queen size bed and private bath, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Upstairs 2 Guest bedroom( Queen Bed in each ) , 1 shared bath, and a patio. The Entire house sleeps 1-6 guests if needed. --4PM CHECK IN // 10AM CHECK OUT

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on Mud Island in Memphis! It was the perfect space for our family of five to rest and relax. The home was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring Memphis, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful retreat after our adventures. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic base for their Memphis vacation!

This is a well appointed home in a great neighbourhood. Minutes from a Mississippi view for spectacular sunset photos. There are a few restaurants 5 minutes away, we tried one called “Tugs” which was very good. Plenty of parking availability, garaged or street. Very easy drive to downtown for all the sights. The only downside, was the late provision of the check in information. We only received this one hour before check in, not ideal for International travellers who are relying upon public internet for their communication. All in, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

We all enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Nice for family or friends traveling together. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 bath was perfect for our group It is very roomy.

Great quiet location. Comfortable master bed (firm foundation with added pillow top softness). Decent place to stay if you can overlook a couple of things: One, the master bedroom carpet was filthy! Something had been spilled all over it. And the kitchen floor could have used a mop. Two, it was no where's near a high end property. Everything in this house from windows to cabinets, to flooring, to appliances and fixtures and lighting were builder grade. It doesn't make it bad, it was tasteful, but I did not appreciate the obvious deception. Lastly, the front door did not always lock.

I stayed at this property last year and loved it so much that I wanted to return. I told everyone how exceptional it was last year. This year, however, everything was great except the carpet was very very dirty. My daughter said even the carpets upstairs needed to be cleaned. I suggest that the carpets are shampooed before anyone else rents this property..

Our family of four (3YO and 8YO) loved staying in this house while we were in town for an event at Rhodes. Spotless property with tons of space to spread out and a quick trip to campus/Midtown. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We enjoyed taking their scooters for a ride on the Greenbelt and watch the barges. Bryson was very responsive before, during, and after. We will definitely look for this house for future trips and would recommend highly for families!

Everything was just as described in listing! The house was beautiful. Owner was very helpful. We will definitely stay again. One problem is the keyless entry is a little tricky maybe leave or give some notes on locking procedure. Not complaining just suggesting would be helpful! 5 Star for sure!!! Great House!❤️

We stayed here for our church denomination’s annual gathering and it was wonderful. Great neighborhood. Five minutes from the convention center. Minutes from a great local grocery store. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was a very close drive to downtown and the pyramid. The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was very well-kept. We love to tour breweries and there are a few within a 5 minute drive. All the appliances worked well and our family had space to spread out and relax after treading around Memphis all day. Highly recommend.

Went to Memphis for our son’s wedding & this home was perfect for our stay. My husband & I had the master bedroom on the first floor. The queen size bed was very comfortable & the adjoining bathroom spacious with 2 sinks, tub & walk in shower. The upstairs had 2 nice size bedrooms with queen size beds & an adjoining bathroom. The downstairs is open to the kitchen, dining room & living room which made it cozy for entertaining. This home has an attached double garage which leads into the laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. This home has aesthetic appeal which makes it lovely. This was a great stay 😊

Mud Island is such a great location for us and this property is the cherry on top! Great communication with the owner and the property itself is very comfortable. The location is near by daughter's family so I know we will have many more occasions to be back.

Hello I love EVERYTHING about the location and the stay. It was so nice, clean and elegant. I love the chandelier piece. Only thing I would recommend is small TVs and the bedrooms upstairs some guest might not care though. Other than that EVERYTHING was easy and pleasent

The property is nice and clean but several lights were burned out and my friend actually tripped over a pile of bricks in the garage. Luckily she was ok but it was unnecessary at least. Otherwise our stay was uneventful. Thanks for letting us be there!

We had scheduled a visit to Memphis not knowing what to expect. This rental was in a perfect location, is a beautiful home with beautiful decor and very comfortable beds.

I gave four stars because the location was very nice, and 3 1/2 stars wasn't available. "Just enough and no more", would be my line to sum up this rental. For example, one crappy oversized spatula, scratched up pans, and only a handful of plates. Some of the furniture is on their last leg. The power went out on us for several hours and there wasn't a flash light. A little effort and those issues could be resolved. The effort really shows in the cleanliness of the place. Nothing alarming at first glance but if you look up in the bathroom or in corners you can see the place needs a deep cleaning. My daughter had to wash her comforter because it was covered in dog hair. It wasn't my worse stay, and again the location is fantastic. But if you are going to advertise "High End" I expect a little more attention to detail.

The name Mud Island doesn’t really describe this location. Beautiful homes on the river! This property was as described and we had zero issues. If you want a great location near everything. This is pretty darn good, Great communication with owner. Will rent again.

This property was perfect for so many reasons. First was the location it was so convenient to everything. Second the house exceeded our expectations. And third the price was very reasonable compared to most of the hotels I checked. I would definitely stay here again when in Memphis. I give this property 😀😀😀😀😀
