About this house rental
This gorgeous lakefront home is waiting for you to bring the family and enjoy everything it has to offer. Sip your morning coffee on the huge patio while you watch the sunrise. Enjoy game night around the huge dining table. Want the beach and the lake, this house has both. You may also want to venture out and see what the town of Seneca has to offer. Maybe you're looking for a place to stay so you can attend a Clemson Football game. Whatever your trip is for, book your next getaway with us.
Fully remodeled home over the past 16 months includes 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property at the end of a cul-de-sac with a gentle sloping hill down to 100 feet of lakefront including 30 feet of beach access. A large deck allows you to enjoy the sunset while the 3-season porch will allow you enjoy all seasons at Lake Keowee. With a main level master bedroom and 3 more bedrooms upstairs, our house sleeps 14 and is only a short 20 minutes from Clemson, 10 minutes to Seneca and 30 minutes to beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails.
Guests have access to all parts of the home other than locked closets.

Quiet neighborhood located at Clovis Point. Large wooded lots with plenty of room between neighbors so you can see the stars and enjoy your visit
Large driveway allows you to park up to 4 cars and the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac / dead end road with a private driveway
The dock is located directly behind the home.
We are so excited to share our home with you, but please review
and agree to a few guidelines that we ask you to abide by before
you arrive.
Our property is for residential use only, no exceptions.
Our neighborhood quiet hours are to be observed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, daily.
o So please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a manageable level.
o Be mindful that sound in and around the lake carries for miles.
o No parties, large gatherings, or events are to be held on the property.
Please do not make any changes to the property.
o If you move outdoor furniture, please put it back where you found it.
o Please do not take indoor furniture outdoors.
The home uses a septic system, so please do not toss paper towels, cloth products, non-
disposable items, feminine hygiene products or any alike items in any toilets or drains.
Please park all vehicles on the cement driveways and not on the lawn.
-permitted vehicles are non-commercial cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, and motorcycles.
Open flames or fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
The fireplace in the downstairs primary bedroom is not functional, please do not attempt to
use it.
Please feel free to use the grill provided. After use, please clean the grill properly for the next
guest. A cleaning brush has been provided.
All garbage is to be bagged and disposed of in the proper garbage container located outside
the home near the adjacent driveway parking area.
o The side driveway must not be blocked on Monday and Thursday when the garbage
collectors come to pick up the trash as they will back down the driveway.
Unless you are using the garage for the intended recreational activities (pool table & Ping-
Pong), please keep the garage door closed to keep leaves and critters out. Please keep the
garage door closed at night.
This is a non-smoking property, both inside and out.
Lake, lakeside, dock, and dockside are enter/swim at your own risk, there are no lifeguards
nearby.
We do not accept any pets in the home at this time.
If something malfunctions or is broken during your stay, please report it to the property
manager immediately.
Please take care of the home as if it were your dream-home, because it is ours.
Finally, we ask that you please check out at the specified time of 10:00 am ET on your
departure date.
