Great stay. Clean room. Would stay again.

The stay and hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price- especially on a Saturday night. Great value.

The value was perfect for our last minute over night stay. We ultimately chose this hotel over other for the Wyndham brand- we knew that meant quality. When we got to our room, we noticed it was a bit chilly, so we turned the heater on, and I was impressed by how quickly it got warm and how easy it was to control temperature. For an older building, I expected the heating unit to be loud, but it was barely noticeable. The breakfast in the morning is always nice, and the variety of what was available was great.

The hallway had a cigarette and pot smoke smell, and while our room seemed recently renovated, the finishing work seemed sloppy. (Paint drips, unfinished tile edges, painters tape)

Standard stay, nothing great,

It's was standard nothing great about it but not horrible either.

They really press you at 11am to get out. They don't like giving late checkouts at all not even 5 minutes over the checkout time.

Was adequate for a one night stop.

Front desk person friendly. Room very clean and warm.

Elevator door needed hand push to close. Wasn’t sure it would open again. Parking lot not cleared of snow and ice. No car plug-ins provided. Bathroom sink plugged.

Wouldn’t do it again… not even for shelter from a blizzard.

Location to the airport for the snowstorm.

Room 335. Tub drain looks like a death trap with sharp edges, the toilet was leaking from the tank, the whole hotel smelled like marijuana, and my heater had an awful smell towards the morning and now I’m coughing up phlegm. Really disappointed for Madison’s Eastside.

Good stay and value.

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The faucet was not good, way too high of water pressure. The bath tub drained very slowly after our showers.

Nothing, I liked nothing about this hotel.

The hotels and lobby smelled of marijuana and smoke. Our room stunk of smoke and inside the drawer in the night stand were burn marks from cigarettes. Also there was a dirty towel that was left in our room. We asked to move rooms, were told they were sold out and offered a 15% discount, which would have equaled 14.70. During our second inquiry of moving rooms the manager said that he was able to find us a different room. This second room smelled about the same as the first. We had to sleep with the window wide open so we have fresh air. The whole experience was terrible.

VERY disappointing for an Americinn.

The room was clean.

The carpet was sticky and previous damage to walls had been very poorly repaired. We were concerned about our vehicle in the parking lot. It was difficult to understand the person at the front desk with the plexiglass and speaker system.

The absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had. This facility has been renovated. Not sure what it was before but the Reno work is horrible. And I would say unsafe (electrical outlets not secured).

I love this hotel they are so kind to me I am struggling and they always make sure I have a warm spot in lobby if I need while I figure things out the man at the front is my favorite I will always come back

This hotels has been recently renovated.

Sparkling clean room and bath.

Very loud occupant across hall. When I attempted to call front desk at 1:00 AM to complain I discovered phone was non-functional. No directions for phone or list of TV channels in room. No Do Not Disturb card in room. Business Center was also nonfunctional: no access to computer— heavy boxes stacked in front of it, no chair. “Guest Laundry” and “Business Center” were the same room and were in use as hotel laundry. I was not given WiFi address at checkin. Bedding was not available warm enough and as mentioned I had no way to contact front desk after I put on my pajamas.

The breakfast never got replenished. At 8 am there was barely any thing left and after a few days there was not any more juice . Or fruit . We only saw eggs n sausage one morning. And the beds were not comfy at all

Looks like this is under new ownership and they are working to freshen up all areas.

Would have liked to have clothes hangers for the footlong "closet rod".
