Newly renovated 5 bedroom historic charmer(with central air-conditioning) within walking distance for everything in Suttons Bay. Great for larger groups or weddings! The 2 queen bedrooms have new TV's and there is also a TV in the den off the kitchen and in the living room. Everything in this house is brand new for 2023! All new outdoor dining and lounge furniture as well as a new firepit! (Minimum of 30 day rental required - no exceptions)
