This was our second time staying at Carol’s cabin and we loved it just as much as the first stay! The location is perfect for hanging out in Suttons Bay, walking to dinner and the shops, or hopping on the bike trails and quick trips to the wineries. The patio is great for sipping wines bought at the wineries, the beds are comfy, and the cabin is stocked with anything you could need! Thanks so much again, Carol! We’ll be back next year!

Couldn’t believe how beautiful the cabin was. Easy to get in and out. Thoughtful host.

Location is fabulous for beach, town and TART.
Cabin has musty smell typical for lake area; lightly scented candles and opening screened windows helped. We kept blinds up to let light in after we gave the windows an amateur cleaning. Really made a difference. A/C is good. is great for am coffee/happy hour.

It was great and well worth our get away. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities that were needed. Shopping and eating downtown was in walking distance from the cabin. Walking the pier by the Marina was so relaxing.
The owner was the best. Very supportive and most appreciated in an unexpected situation.

Always stay in Suttons Bay. Good location. Thanks for the gift certificate.

Funky old place that evoked memories of little cottages we stayed at up north as kids. The place was clean and comfortable, and had all we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Right in the center of town and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive, calling back to a few questions we had shortly after arriving.
The cabin is on a narrow paved alley. Parking spot was just big enough for the Edge, being clear of the alley and leaving enough room to walk onto the porch. If we'd had the F150 I may have had to park out on the street.

We had a great time in Suttons Bay. It was a wonderful cabin nestled right in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach.
The cabin was small and rustic but as detailed in the listing. Only 1 surprise- a gift card to a local art gallery! We used it and went home with 4-5 new art pieces for our home! That was very nice of the owner! We will definitely look to book this again on future visits to the area. It was me my wife and our little dog.

Great location, very clean. Nicely stocked. Only problem we encountered was the outlets and electric was a little dated (but has been mentioned in other reviews so we knew). Really enjoyed our visit!!

A lovely, simple, cute cabin tucked into the town of Suttons Bay. It had everything we needed and it was fun to be steps away from the beach, marina, and all of the cute shops and restaurants. Easy drive to the other nearby towns and beaches. Would recommend if you don’t need fancy. Just a nice, cozy place to stay.

My husband and I had a wedding and invited my son and daughter in law to go with us for the weekend. This little cabin is exactly as pictured, no frills, very cozy, clean and well maintained. It is on the backside of main street on a quiet little alley/street. There is a nice park less then 10 steps and the beach is a very short walk across main street. We did day trips to Fishtown, Northport, Glen Arbor, TC, and Mission Point. So many beautiful wineries and breweries to check out, breathtaking views, and quaint shops. We also spent a lot of time on the little deck. It was the perfect family weekend, we will definitely be back. Thank you!!! ☀️💕

The entire area from Traverse City, only 15 miles awayn to Sleeping Bear Dunes less then a beautiful 30m minute drive is gorgeous. This little cozy cottage is in the best spot for everything! We walked to wonderful dinner locations as well as great LOCAL shopping. Well equipped.

Property was as wxpected for the price. Updates could definately enhance the place. Needs new coffee pot, bathtub faucet replaced, toilet tank lid doesn't fit tank.and outside deck needs attention. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very clean, location was awesome. We enjoyed our stay just trying to let Carol know she needs to fix a few things

Soon as you walked in smelt musty and mildew had to burn candles through out the entire stay, bed was like sleeping on a rock , cabinet door missing, bathroom terrible, furniture terrible, everything out dated , way over priced I should get money back . Won’t ever go back or tell anyone to stay there.

Clean. Beds were comfortable even the little alcove bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It does need a little loving care and a deep cleaning.
GREAT location in the heart of Sutton’s Bay. Walk to beach, playground, shops, restaurants, and my favorite, Scoops ice cream.
The host was quick to respond to a plumbing issue and she corrected it ASAP, and also reimbursed us for a partial days stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay snd the easy access to Sutton’s Bay’s sites. The cabin was stuffy on hot days. The air conditioners were not adequate and not enough windows could be opened. Wasp nests on the porch were also a problem.
