Great location. Parking garage with assigned parking spaces was nice. No central air conditioning but window unit worked well
5.0 / 5.0
Very excellent place to stay, would definitely book this place the next time we’re in the area. Communication was very good and the host was very friendly. I would recommend Waterfront to anyone.
5.0 / 5.0
This location was great for everything we did while we were away.
5.0 / 5.0
Right across the street from the waterfront and a short walk to Pike Place. Other than the rain it was perfect!
4.0 / 5.0
A good, and clean, hotel alternative if you want kitchen etc. Nothing special or thoughtful or charming think holiday inn express + plastic plants. Also super inexpensive/scratchy sheets. With just a few upgrades this would be a very pleasant place to stay. Good location although check in is an awkward distance away and there is currently a lot of construction in the area.

The stains on the carpeting were a bit concerning.
5.0 / 5.0
Great place to stay and explore the waterfront, Pike's, Space Needle, etc. Everything is walkable!
3.0 / 5.0
This unit is in an amazing location and is in a great property but the unit itself left a little to be desired. Carpets were stained in multiple spots with what looks like pet stains, some other minor cleanliness issues, when we checked in the GFI breaker in the kitchen had popped prior so we couldn’t get the tv to work until we figured that out, and our keys didn’t give us access to the advertised 5th floor rooftop patio. Could be a great place with a little more TLC and care to attention to details.
5.0 / 5.0
Overall it was a great place to stay. We were uncomfortable the first night because there was no air conditioning but learned to leave the windows open 24 hours a day. We walked to restaurants, guided tours, attractions.
5.0 / 5.0
This was a great stay for us. We were taking an Alaskan cruise with friends. We came in early to explore Seattle a few days before the cruise. The location was great to be able to explore the Harbor area and Pike Street Market Area.

Pretty good.
5.0 / 5.0
Great location. Within walking distance of many attractions. Clean, nice space with everything we needed. No negatives.
5.0 / 5.0
This property was worth the price! It was spotless and easy to check in/check out. The only drawback is the gate access and the current construction, but we were warned plenty ahead of time of the construction happening. Just made easy walking/access points a little more walking time. The parking garage gates have ALOT of warnings about the fines applied if you don’t allow the gates to close behind you, but current tenants press the button to open the gates before they fully close. Only gave me anxiety a couple times lol. But this property was fully stocked with towels/blankets/personal care items which is greatly appreciated
