Property was just as described. Close to everything. Hop on hop off bus right outside unit. Close to food, waterfront, aquarium and Pikes Market.
Views from property were stunning. Beds were comfy, very clean. Definitely would stay here again!

We booked this for a few days pre-cruise out of Seattle, and it worked well. We took the tram from the airport to a station less than a five-minute walk away. The condo was a short walk from both the water and Pikes Market. There is a Starbucks on the bottom floor and many entertainment and food options within a short walk. After our stay, we took an Uber to the terminal. I would highly recommend this as a pre-cruise stop.

The view was very nice and unique and central location. What we didn’t like was no control over coolness of rooms, lack of AC.

Traveling from Victoria. Attended The Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field, 1 mile walk to our rental. Very close to Brainbridge island ferry. Super convenient!

Property great, very clean. Location amazing. Please make sure you like dogs as they are often on the elevator.

This property was close to everything that we had on our to-do list so we walked everywhere. The views of the water and ferris wheel were stunning at night. Great restaurant (Vons) right next door. Property was as pictured and was clean.

Family meet. Great location. Apartment complex is pretty nice. Apartment has great views and quick walk from Pikes and Waterfront. Apartment has older finishes and furniture. Wi-Fi had issues connecting devices. All in all enjoyed the stay.

The apartment itself was very clean and a great location. However, check in and out process is very poor and puts people at risk of paying unecessary fees. First, be aware they are going to make you sign a seperate agreement outside Vrbo to even get the check in instructions. Once you arrive, the check in location is in a seperate building than the apartment. So if you have a lot of bags you are going to have to lug them down a block to the check in and get keys.
Checking out also had issues. I checked out on time, dropped the keys off as instrusted, only to get a flurry of calls and text a few hours after I checked out saying that the keys weren't dropped off and the cleaning crew couldn't access the apartment. Not only did this ruin my last day of my trip but I had to stop what I was doing and provide a explanation of when, who, and where I dropped the keys off too. It turned out the employees who I dropped the keys off had misplaced them.

My friends and I (6 of us total) visited Seattle and stayed on the 16th floor of Harbor Place for a long weekend in July. The apartment was exactly as depicted and described in the ad. The views over the harbor were unbeatable; we watched sunset from our balcony most evenings and walked everywhere (or took the Orca/city bus) everywhere we wanted to go. As an added benefit, the lower bed of the trundle bed is actually on wheels, so we could easily relocate it to a more convenient spot in the apartment. There were lots of bath towels so we could each have our own, though they're all the same color so we had to keep track of whose was hanging where.
The only word of caution is, other reviews have mentioned the lack of A/C which is normal in Seattle and we were expecting that. The week that we visited was exceptionally hot and sunny, and we did turn on all the fans and open the doors and windows hoping for a cross-breeze, but that didn't exist, and the apartment was remarkably hot. We know if it didn't happen to be one of the warmest weekends of the year when we were there this wouldn't even have been worth mentioning, but the word of notice to future renters is to pay attention to the notation in the ad that mentions the windows don't open / don't open all the way. This is an accurate description, as well, there is no cross-breeze.
We loved our stay at Harbor Steps and we would absolutely stay there again for a future visit to Seattle.

Great stay overall
Great location, amazing views , very clean and spacious apartment, well supplied kitchen. Debra was extremely responsive and helpful, only negative is the lack of AC, which even with fans made it hard to sleep, especially in the back bedroom whose window does not open.

Perfect property & location
We enjoyed our stay at Harbor Steps (HS) and with Perfect Properties so much! The location of HS is amazing. Easy walking to anything you’d want to do downtown, at the water front, Pike market, whatever. We walked everywhere, only taking an Uber to meet family across town and then to the airport on departure day.
The apartment itself is much bigger than I thought it would be. Plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out. We have 3 boys aged, 19, 15 & 6. They used the 2nd bedroom & the day bed/trundle for sleeping. The master is very spacious & there’s plenty of room in the living for the air mattress, if you needed to use it.
The property as a whole is wonderful. My boys utilized the indoor basketball court (In S tower) quite a bit. The pool is not open and might not be open again as it needed repairs. My husband used the Peloton room (in S tower) as well and said it was great. Check in/out was easy & quick. Everyone was very helpful & kind. Property management was always quick to respond when I had a question. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes for what we needed, we weren’t cooking a lot while there though. Target is literally around the corner, if you were to need some supplies though. The washer/dryer is ti y but does the job. We packed light so had to do laundry while there. I wish management would have left more detergent with washer but I understand why they don’t. Again, Target is around corner, if you were going to be staying longer and needed more.
We truly LOVED our stay at HS & with PP. we would 100% stay here and with them again.

Seattle Family Getaway
I was very impressed with the location, cleanliness and, view of the property. It was right by the Harbor Steps, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sip wines or chat. We have 3 kids so each one comfortably chose their sleeping areas. We had access to the gym and parking, which can be available at a low cost, if booked in advance. The host was very supportive. Check-in was very easy and even allowed us to keep the car for a longer period in the parking lot upon request. Pike Street, pier, Pioneer square are ll within walking distances. Its a beautiful nice condo and we would love to come back again! Thank you.

Seattle could have been great
The property was very nice but at sometime in the day, well every day actually you leave to walk downtown. I've seen first-hand San Francisco go from one of the best cities to a slum do to the homeless. Seattle is on a fast track to catching San, Francisco. The homeless in Seattle is such a problem I just will not come back.

Great Weekend!
My husband and I stayed here along with my sister and her husband for three nights as an extended weekend. We enjoyed the scenic view of Puget Sound on the 16th floor. The space was perfect with a kitchen to cook some of our meal. The location was great, conveniently located to everything we needed, Pikes Place and short walk to the ferry.

Amazing Property!
I could not believe how close to the waterfront this property is! It is much closer than the pics online make it look, which made the stay that much better! Everything was extremely clean, which was really appreciated after getting into town after a 4 hour drive. The whole process - booking, checking in and checking out was extremely easy and the property owner was very quick with all responses to any questions I had before the trip! I would definitely book this place again if/when we travel up to the Seattle area!

Close to everything!
My husband and I stayed here while my mom was having surgery at Virginia Mason. It was just a short 3 minute drive to the hospital. We were able to walk everywhere else to get fresh food and cook meals in the apartment. The property manager was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Staying in Downtown Seattle
This unit's water view in the living room was impeded by a large supporting wall. The windows were narrow and not very clean. The best view was from the bedroom. The bed was not firm enough. There was a musty smell in the unit. However, the property manager was extremely responsive and we moved after one night to another unit with a much better view and cleaner windows. But here too the bed was a bit soft. The manager gets 5 stars. So does the concierge.
Re VRBO I found the process of registering cumbersome and the refund policy inflexible (hotels require only a 24-hour cancellation notice).

Perfect Location
This is a great property, the condo itself is very clean and perfect for a large group. The location is ideal and is very easily accessible to public transportation. The check-in and our process was super easy. One downside, (and this wasn’t too big of a deal) is that the pool and basketball court are about a 5-7 min walk and in another building (through the parking garage). Overall a great place and I would stay here again.

Everything was just great!!
This property was top notch! Everything we needed was there including coffee for the first morning! It was spacious, great bathrooms, and great bedding! The location was ideal as we were surrounded by restaurants and bars. AND they were right out our elevator doors. We loved it!

Mother Daughter Retreat
We loved this trip. I wanted a few more amenities in the kitchen, some dish detergent, chip clips, trash bags, containers, dish clothes more than one dish towel. Few other items in the bath room, rugs and real shampoo and soap. The pillows and the linen could have been a little cleaner. We rent out our family beach condo and our kitchen is stocked with anything you can imagine, the linen and pillows are plush with a brand new look. We always have bathroom rugs and clean fluffy towels with new soap and shampoos. WE have lots of cleaners and storage items. You have access to everything you need just like at home. No need to panic or running to the grocery for every single thing. I understand thieves, cost and breakage. I broke the lock box while I was there looking for trash bags. I just did not have time to go back to target. I just think the little things makes it easier for the exhausted traveler. It was much like a hotel feel instead of a really clean home. BUT AGAIN WE LOVED OUR TRIP! Loved the location and I would love to use this company again. I only make these suggestions because everyone is not from the west coat or up north that travel. A little southern hospitality would not hurt, that's all I am saying. Our agent Debra was easy to get in touch with via phone, text or email, the instructions were to the letter. The desk clerk was new and fantastic. The full time residents were kind. The pool, and gyms were nice with easy access. One more time, the LOCATION of this property and the view was perfect for what we had planned!

Wow! Great views and location!
Property was easy to check in as there was a night desk. Location was great, close to train and bus lines. Walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. Across street from Art Museum. Favorite for breakfast was a quick walk to Breakfast Bit@%, sorry that's the name. But they have heavenly fresh homemade biscuits with sweet or savory fillings! Unit was very clean and modern. It was hot and unit not air conditioned, but they had 4 large fans which worked well, and it cooled off at night. All beds very comfy with soft sheets. Great wifi. Never used TV's - looking out the windows was our entertainment!
