Great location. Clean. Great communication with property manager. Be forewarned, no air conditioning.

stayed 4 nights in this unit and it was perfect. Excellent location and a very easy walk to the baseball stadium. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate facility. The condo had everything that we needed and the penthouse views are amazing. It was very hot on this weekend and there is no AC. A couple of fans were very helpful but we faced unusually hot weather for the whole weekend. The car parking was impressively tight with winding roads of access. Follow the instructions! Overall, we would say that this rental was excellent and we have no complaints or negative comments at all. We would rent the same unit for next year!

Great property in downtown Seattle. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Incredible views. Host was very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

From the perfect location to the perfect vistas out the window, from the perfect chairs in which to watch a sunset to the Starbucks in the building, from the amenities available in the apartment to the easy access to all manner of public transport, this is THE place to stay for a weekend in Seattle. All directions were clear; all expectations reasonable. This place is a true find.

We stayed for two nights on our trip around Washington. Communication with property manager was very helpful (and immediate), and getting into/out of condo was super easy. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. If you’re okay walking or scootering, you have easy access to most of the Seattle tourist spots. The furthest away for us was the Space Needle. We were able to walk there in 20-25 minutes. Pike Place Market is right around the corner, and the views are amazing. From one spot, we could see Mt. Rainier, boats in Puget Sound coming and going, and we were treated to fireworks after a Mariners game. It was the perfect end to a jam-packed week.
4.8
Perfect location to easily visit all of our favorite tourist hot spots, walk to a ballgame, take a ferry to Bainbridge Island, eat delicious food at nearby restaurants, and enjoy an amazing view from the balcony and living area.
4.8
This unit overlooks Elliot Bay with breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains to the north, Mt. Rainier to the south, and the magic of the ferries tracing back and forth across the water. Memories for a lifetime!

We were all pleasantly surprised with the amazing view both during the day and night. Location is spectacular. Highly recommend.

Our family loved the location of this condo! Would recommend!

Great location - light rail station and Pike Place Market so close! Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all was the view of the bay. Building was nice and secure and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, view was amazing everything including Stadium was walking distance. Host was willing to reach out for my husbands birthday surprise. Very clean. Vons Bar down stairs is a must.
4.8
Great location with panoramic views of Elliott Bay & south of downtown. Didn’t anticipate the steep hills. Bring good walking shoes. Close to Pike Place & great restaurants.
4.8
My family and a friend enjoyed our stay. The location and window views were the best part of our experience. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, sleeps 4 guests comfortably and had a good flexibility for additional sleeping arrangement. Check in instructions were a bit intimidating at first, but after finding our way around were no problem. Same goes for underground parking. Overall, we were happy with our rental and wished we could stay a couple days more.
4.8
Beautiful views and great access to everything in the city. Bring some good shoes for walking! Be prepared to climb some hills. It will take a week or more to see the do see everything that you can walk to from this property.

The condo was incredible. The views of the harbor from the 20th floor were breathtaking and the location was perfect. Debra was accommodating and always got back to me immediately. The only difficulty was syncing up the TV to YouTube but I'm technically challenged so not a big deal. TV was not a priority with all the sights, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance. The BEST!!!!
4.8
We loved everything about this unit! We were high enough up to enjoy incredible views of Elliott Bay - so much to see! Loved the location, close to restaurants, Pike Place, Target, Starbucks and transit. Plenty of fans provided if needed on the warm summer days. Highly recommend!
4.8
Incredible location and amazing views! Definitely would like to return next time we visit Seattle.
4.8
Beautiful location and place! This is the second time I've stayed here and it was with my two teens this time (and husband). Everything you pretty much need to cook here. What makes this place is the location - walking distance to EVERYTHING or we hopped the light rail to Mariners game, etc. They could throw in some more decor/welcome treats to make it more cozy but just a tiny suggestion.
4.8
Awesome location and amazing view
4.8
Clean, beautiful views of ocean as shown in advertisement. Walkinh distance to shopping, eating and Pikes Market. There is no air conditioner which was an issue for sleeping. The apartment provided fans, but that was not enough some nights for us hot blooded 67 year olds. Would 100% recommend to those that do not require air conditioning in hotter summer months.

The views are amazing, in fact, the first day we could not see Mt. Rainier due to the clouds. When I woke up the next day and looked in that direction it was clear as day. Almost looked like a painting. Great location, near the waterfront and many restaurants.
4.8
This is a very nice unit and we found it to be as advertised. It was well furnished and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and a small child. The manager was very easy to deal with and quickly responded to any questions we had. The views were fantastic.
4.8
Once again, Picture Properties hits it out of T Mobile Park! The property is located within walking distance of all of our destinations and has a spectacular view. Debra is so professional and friendly with a rapid response time to any questions. We will be back!
4.8
Perfect place for a Seattle tourist to stay! So close to everything we wanted to see and the view was amazing!
4.8
This was a fantastic place to stay when wanting to explore downtown Seattle. It is close to the best restaurants and shopping. It’s a short Uber ride to the stadium and we LOVED the view. What a gorgeous view of the city and the water!
Checkin was a bit rough but I came when the concierge was at lunch. Parking is unique but we just left the car parked for the weekend and stayed close.
Overall, an amazing location and apartment. We will be back!

This property is ideally located for visiting downtown Seattle. Just minutes on foot from Pike Place Market, the art museum, the Seattle aquarium and the ferry system- it is just hard to imagine a better location. Property was clean and well cared for with spectacular views. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book it again.

Picked this since it listed spa/pool which isn’t the case it’s non working. Front desk staff not as knowledgeable as I hoped but unit itself was as described and perfect location, very clean and close to it all
4.8
The location is perfect and we walked everywhere we wanted to check out. No need for a car here.
We were most impressed with the views of this apt. Our family's ages ranged from 58 to 6 and even our teenager loved the views. Sitting out on the balcony drinking a cup of coffee was extremely relaxing. We all had our books out and found a perfect spot to sit and read.
This place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay in this same location again.
4.8
The place is great. me and my four friends had lots of options to sit and sleep. spectacular views!!
two things to consider: we didn't know there was no AC. Debra, who is amazing said it's in the lease agreement but thats too late to find something else. the fans need to be stronger. it was 70's our whole stay and the area was very hot.
4.8
The location of this property if fantastic. The building and surrounding area is great. The unit itself was a great setup and offered fantastic views of the waterfront, Mt Rainer and surrounding area.
The place was not the cleanest. Carpet in bedrooms with multiple stains, mold in the main shower and stove with grease splatter. Also some items in need of repair that the owner could simply fix themselves.
Overall good place to stay, just wish it was cleaner.
4.8
I took my friend here for here 81st bday. Condo has great accessibility close to restaurants and coffee shops and stores. The condo was just as the pictures shows, clean beautiful views , comfortable beds and all the amenities that you need for your city trip.
4.8
The location and the unit itself are top notch. We enjoyed the outstanding view and the ability to walk to attractions and restaurants. The unit well furnished and appointed.
The reason for the 4 star rating is the temperature in the unit. During our visit we experienced daytime temperatures in the mid-80’s and full sun. The unit has windows that barely open andi it faces directly into the late afternoon sun. We were uncomfortable sitting in the living/dining space, but the biggest problem was the temperature of the main bedroom. We used two of the fans provided, but the fans didn’t help much.
I’m afraid Seattle will continue to experience warmer temperatures, so I suggest the owner figure out how to cool the unit.
4.8
Location of the property is great and the views are wonderful. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
4.8
Beautiful view
This unit had a beautiful view of Mt. Ranier (on our 3 sunny days in mid July) and Elliot Bay. Got to watch boats and ferry go in and out all day. Convenient to Pikes Market and Pier 54 - 60.

My family had a fantastic trip to Seattle for our very first time. The views from the room were awesome!. We had views of Mt. Rainer (told it is only visible 90 days of the year) and the active harbor. The apartment was the perfect location to walk to the major sights of the city, such as Pike Place, Harbor, the Aquarium and the Monorail to the Space Needle. So much to see and do in Seattle. I highly recommend staying at Harbor Steps.
4.8
Great place in downtown Seattle with incredible views
We enjoyed our stay. It had enough room for the 5 of us. There are lots of restaurants nearby, along with downtown Seattle attractions. The highlight is the views. We were able to eat meals and look at Mount Rainier (which turns out is sometimes tricky because of the weather). The port, harbor, and sound are entertaining to watch. We had a few wonderful sunsets as well.

Wow, I can't say enough about this place. My friend and I stayed for a girls weekend and this didn't disappoint. We had our own rooms and own bathrooms, great layout, nice TV, great kitchen, but wow, what a view! We sat for hours gazing at the boats and the view with a glass of wine. I want to go back!!!!!!
