Wer nur zum Übernachten bucht, ist die Wohnung ok.

Zimmer und Bad waren ok.

Küchenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Kochutensilien haben dreckig im Schrank gestanden. Backofen war auch nicht sauber. Geschirrspüler wackelte im Unterbauschrank, bei voller Beladung des unteren Korbes, kippte er vorne über. Müll sollte getrennt werden, Hintertür zum Müllplatz klemmte stark, daher sehr schwierig den Müll zu entsorgen.

Heaven in Stonehaven

The house was very clean, location was great. The utilities in the kitchen were more than adequate for us and the large TV in the lounge was a bonus, the house was warm and felt homely. Well worth it and would stay here again.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, gemütliche Einrichtung, gut ausgestattet u. a. mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wäscheständer. Ruhige Lage, keine Durchgangsstraße. Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet. Klare Beschreibungen u.a. wo und wie Müll getrennt entsorgt werden kann. Parkmöglichkeit auf der Straße vor der Wohnung, war meistens ein Platz frei. Großer Supermarkt, auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Accommodation was excellent. perfect location as we were visiting family.

I wasn't keen on back garden which is quite overlooked.

Lovely cottage in a great location!

Cottage was nice - nothing to fault. Location was brilliant and very close to the sea.

Nice property poor guest service

Good location in lovely town

We had a 4 night booking. On the first night we discovered that there were no facilities to make fresh coffee despite a cafetière being prominent in promotional photos of the property. We are coffee drinkers . The bath/ shower had a slippery surface and had no grab rail or anti-slip mat, which made us insecure in the bath/shower. So the next morning we texted the managers of the property (Heritage Hosting) asking if we could have a cafetière like that shown in the property photos and a non-slip bath mat. We had a reply that a cafetière would be ‘delivered’ after we left the property and there would be a discussion with the owner about a non- slip mat. We found this a very unsatisfactory reply and replied stressing the safety issue of the non- slip mat. Heritage Hosting then sent a final message saying that they would address these ‘minor changes to enhance the future guest experience’. We found that to be a rude and dismissive response which indicated: 1. Heritage Homes seemed not to feel obliged to provide the facilities shown in their advertising materials for this property. 2. Heritage Homes do not seem aware of health and safety liabilities in particular the potential for a slip accident - even when guests like ourselves draw their attention to it and request an easily available and cheap safety item to deal with the risk. 3. Heritage Homes were not interested in the quality of our experience in the property, they described our requests as ‘minor’. We were unable to make ourselves fresh coffee for the 4 days we were in the property - despite HH materials advertising this facility. As coffee drinkers this was not minor to us. Nor was it a minor issue to us that we slipped in the bath. HH treated our requests like possible options for them to consider for future guests. Very poor customer service

Comfortable beds, good shower/bath, well equipped kitchen

No use of outside area for drying washing (tumble drier available) Found floor not cleaned under sofa when searching for dropped toys

We only stayed here for 2 nights but were so sorry to be leaving on the final day. We will definitely stay again.

Such a lovely comfortable property. The bedrooms are spacious & have beautifully made to measure wardrobes, the beds are super comfy. The kitchen has all the utensils/dishes/pots & pans you could possibly need. The location is perfect, turn left out the door and you’re at the beach. We will definitely be staying again.

The back courtyard is shared but not really a problem unless you are looking for a place with a private garden.

great property in the heart of Stonehaven, perfect for the beach, market square and harbour. The property was spotless had everything we needed for fantastic stay and was just like home from home.
