It’s a nice bungalow, clean, good airco.
The walk up there is killing. The short haired female receptionist was not very welcoming nor friendly.

The Hotel is peaceful and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Nothing it’s perfect

a modern and beautiful hotel with a view of Rethymnon
the mattress was terrible. i didnwt sleep for two days.
the second night i preferred to sleep on the floor. the staff informed me that the hotel is full and there are no free mattresses.
the food was extremely limited. even though we took halp pension we had nothing to eat.
i booked a room for me and my 15 years old child. but at the checkin they asked to charge her as an adult with extra charge.

Beautiful views of the city from the hilltop and a nice pool and grounds.
There was also a footpath from the hotel down into the city which was much better than walking along the road!
The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a bit of a refresh. Relatively speaking the rooms are small compared with other hotels we’ve visited in Southern Europe

The location could be a little dangerous to access during the night

Great Hotel with nice view on Rethymno/sea side. Has a fitness center for free and a free parking area. Everything was clean and the personnel was friendly. You can reach the city by foot through a special way next to the pool very fast.

Great view
No kettle in the room

Very nice location, close to the city center but absolutely quiet and really in the forest.
Toilet was basic, no change of towels or tidy up of the room. They just emptied the rubbish bins

nice view from hotel, room was clean and breakfast was good

The hotel was extremely clean and neat. There was a gym, pool table chess etc. So plenty to do if you just wanted to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful and most importantly it was quiet at night for a restful night.
The room was a little compact but I would not say that I didn't like it. It was clean and comfortable.

Rude staff, unclean bathroom, claimed to have room service but did not offer room service.

perfect breakfast and dinner

doesn’t say anything about couples or family, but place definitely doesn’t feel suited for a solo traveler like myself. Also, they have ants.

Great stay . Lovely staff.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Were able to help with any questions we had. Nice rooms, which were kept up by staff daily. Rooms have good air con and a good sized mini fridge which is great for storing water. Pool area is amazing, plenty of loungers for everyone, even in early July. Pool bar is great as well.
Wouldn’t say this is necessarily a bad thing but because of the location, if you choose to walk everywhere like me then on the way back to the hotel you have to go up a hill. However it’s not as bad as some as the reviews make out. There is a direct path to the hotel which is open at all hours and its only a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Just something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

The hotel was set on beautiful grounds with lots of trees. The staff was amazing, and the food was lovely, lots of choices as I am a vegetarian. The alcoholic drinks was well made, and the prices were good value for money.
The hotel room was lovely and clean, with a fridge and working AC. The bathroom was very clean with shower. There was also a lovely private balcony.
The views from the breakfast bar and decking area above the swimming pool were absolutely gorgeous
In the bathroom as the shower door did not extend enough to prevent spillage on the bathroom floor, hence water does spread a bit on the bathroom floor after showers. However there was a a drain hole that allowed any spillage to drain

The location is great, in the middle of a pine forest, aprox. 15 minutes walk from the centre (up hill!). It's really quiet and the terrace and our room had a wonderful view of the sea.
The staff, especially the lady working during the day at the front desk, was really kind, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. Thank you!
The breakfast offered a great variety and was really tasty. The terrace is great during the evenings to watch the sea with a nice drink.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
For the light sleepers this is a frequent issue in almost all hotels: the air conditioning system of the hotel makes a humming sound, which can be disturbing during the night.
The coffee could be better.

Varied breakfast with many fresh products, much better quality than in some 4 star hotels.
Hotel room was clean and tidy.
The surroundings are very calm, the free and huge parking place is a big plus.
Swimming pool was always clean and warm enough, you can actually swim in it if you fancy.
Staff was exremely nice and helpful.
Many amenities are only available if you pay a surcharge (billiard table, jacuzzi, etc.).
Not enough storage places in the room if you stay for more than one or two nights.
You can't have your breakfast outside on the terrace. (It's a pity, really.)

Everything was perfect. Great location with beautiful views. Super helpful staff and delicious food. Good size pool and plenty of parking space.
Everything was great but I would rather have no music at all around the pool area during the day. Cicadas are perfect companion. Also bathroom is not separated from the room only with thick frosted glass.

The hotel was in a beautiful location with stunning views. It had a lovely terrace with fantastic views looking out to sea and all over the city of Rethymno.
There was only an option for a buffet in the restaurant in the evening. it would have been lovely having an al a carte option
