Für einen Städtetrip sehr gut - alles fußläufig zu erreichen

Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt - Top, Parkplatz in der Nähe ist gut zu erreichen. Zimmer sind okay, einzig eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert gewesen

La posizione centralissima, il salòn in comune con il frigorifero, il divano e il distributore di bibite; la struttura dell'appartamento è intrigante! Letto comodissimo...

Brief stay in Bilbao

Excellent location in Bilbao's historical center. The staff was very helpful and the check in procedures very smooth. The apartment we stayed was well maintained and the whole facility well organized

The bed was not very comfortable, although nothing terrible

Perfect Home-away-from-Home

The perfect location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, and value for the money all make this one of my favorite places to stay world-wide!

Only that I couldn't spend more time here.

Para repetir.

Todo. Para ser tipo hostal es mejor incluso que algún hotel. Tiene todo tipo de detalles y aunque no ofrecen desayunos tiene una zona común con nevera microondas tostador y calentador de agua donde te lo puedes preparar, además de platos vasos etc. Incluso una máquina expendedora de cafés y refrescos. La habitación estaba muy completa con muchos detalles. Todo prácticamente nuevo y moderno. Ubicado en el casco antiguo y sin molestia de ruido alguno. Quedamos encantados. Si volvemos a Bilbao repetiremos alojamiento ahí seguro.

Por poner una pega, el suelo de parqué flotante de madera que se escuchaba mucho. Pero por poner una pega pq tampoco fue molestia.

Not bad for short stay ,couldn’t be closer to old town . Clean .

Ok ,handy for vibrant old town

We were shut out at 10 pm the key pad is in a dark area didn’t know that we had to be so fast pressing the keys then pushing front door open but we pressed the bell and nobody came . A young lady was going out of door so she helped us . Got to reception and young lady was on phone and couldn’t care less that we oldies were locked out . Will say that the communal kitchen is good idea . Don’t like the doors at the top floor that get stuck in heat , god help all if there was a fire ,no hope of getting out .

The room was basic, but it was clean and the staff was exceptional, very helpful in offering directions and suggestions. Located in Old Town, it was a fun area to wander in, with many eating opportunities and no feeling of being unsafe.

The location was great, right by the cathedral. They also had tea making facility's and fridge in a room for all to use. with a vending machine.

This is in a pedestrian zone, so no car park. But they do have an agreement with a carpark 15 mins walk away. You have to book and arrange your parking with them.

Perfect for a short sightseeing trip in Bilbao without being too unkind on the wallet.

This is an excellent reasonable priced option in the heart of Bilbao. Close to the main station and metro options it was perfect for a short 2 night stay.

There was some ambient noise from the bars and restaurants below but it all died down by 11pm

My room was on the 4th floor next to some offices.

The door to the forth floor got jammed and had to be wedged open. I think it is a safety risk.

Nice hotel in the old city

I liked the hotel location, it's in the old city. Nice historical buildings around.

Wi-fi in my room didn't work at all. But there was a good signal in the shared room. It was very queit in the hotel.

Yes I would stsy again quite room and it was very clean. More like a boutique hostel.

It was cold weather the bedroom was cold they supplied a heater I was grateful. Beds and new towel the next day.

No sink in shared dining area. You can hear every bit of footwear upstairs and on our floor very creeky if your a light sleeper.

Cool central location for a city break in Bilbao

Extremely nice, English-speaking staff at the front desk - providing numerous useful tips about the city. Flexible and helpful, appreciated it very much! :) Fantastic location with walking distance around Bilbao. Would definitely recommend.

We had a "superior" room booked and apparently got another one - smaller, with no landmark view. For the sake of our stay it was not a big deal but it was slightly disappointing since the difference in pricing vs "regular" room was significant - therefore, it felt a bit overpaid. And for light-sleepers: the street is super noisy so bare in mind it is usually what you get in the city centre :)

Our room was positioned to be susceptible to substantial noise for m the bars outside on a Friday night, and to noise from other guests on the inside.

Very good location in the old city center. Kind, helpful and polite staff.

The wifi signal was a bit iffy. One would have to sit in a particular corner of the room to catch it.

Lovely stay, couldn’t be happier with location, would definitely recommend booking.

Location fantastic, central to everything. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Bars, restaurants on your doorstep. We were allowed to leave luggage after we checked out.
