quiet, peaceful, and convenient

cleanness and a cozy space towels were provided it was quiet and peaceful there Is a convenience store downstairs

Cheap and cheerful.

Very basic, but serves its purpose as somewhere to lay your head for the night.

Cleaning could have been better. Surfaces were quite dusty.

I would stay again,

It was easy to find. The room was spacious. Loved the tea and coffee facility in the room.

The shower tap was missing the cold mixture fitting.

Excelente relación costo- calidad y habitación amplia

La habitación para mi solita... por el costo vale mucho la pena ya que era la habitación para mí... no había que compartir... El WC estuvo siempre limpio... escuchaba que había gente alojada pero de verdad me da la impresión de que no lo utilizaban.... era compartido y qué bueno por mí Yo iba a un evento en el edificio The Spine y al Yoko Onnno Center y me quedaba muy cerca caminando o en el bus... tiene la parada enfrente de ida y de regreso...una tienda y un Tesco súper cerca.

Ay, cuando llegué tuve la impresión que era una casa abandonada.... se me hace como solitaria... o los otros alojados se me hacían extraños... de repente oía a un señor enojado gritando y un niño llorando... luego una señora rara....no sé... supongo que cuenta con circuito cerrado y están al pendiente de todos los movimientos dentro...

Eine solide Unterkunft mit einer guten Busverbindung in die City

das etwas breitere Bett und der schöne Bettbezug haben mir gefallen sowie die Fenster die den Straßenlärm mindern, ein sehr gutes Internet , sehr gute Busanbindung in die City , Bushaltestelle neben dem Haus

es waren zwei Kleiderschränke im Zimmer, der Eine war zu gestellt vom Anderen , deshalb unnötig im Zimmer , wenn der ein Schrank weg wäre könnte man den schönen Raum geräumiger gestalten z,B mit einer Garderobe usw, die kleinen Schimmelflecken oberhalb der Duschkabine entfernen und die Mischbatterie erneuern da man die Wasserwärme nicht selbst regulieren kann

Not very well-insulated against noise inside. Changing out or hanging to dry the bath mat would be nice.

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny i bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Dużym plusem była przede wszystkim odległość od centrum - około 25/30 min spacerem, więc nie trzeba korzystać z autobusów, chociaż jeśli ktoś potrzebuje to przystanek jest przed wejściem. Czysta pościel, odnowione wnętrza, czyste, widać że niedawno malowane. Wygodne łóżko, duża liczba gniazdek elektrycznych. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.

Lekko nieprzyjemny zapach starej szafy lub papierosów w pokoju. Być może przydałaby się jeszcze jedna łazienka albo rozdzielenie prysznica i wc, bo momentami ciężko było trafić na wolne. Trochę zużyte prysznice.

I would definitely like to stay again and would definitely recommend to friends

I thought it was exactly as described. Very friendly. In a good location. Clean and tidy Very good value for money

The soundproofing between the rooms is poor but luckily we had some interesting neighbours so we didn't mind listening to their conversations, or their music.

definitely recommend !

about 10 min bus ride to city centre, had everything we needed (washing machine, huge kitchen, mini mart downstairs, bus stop right outside). Was nice and quiet and room was perfect size for two people. place was clean and tidy.

The bed was either low quality or old you could feel the springs coming through the mattress, the bedding was of low quality too. We were booked in for 3 nights but only stayed 2, we got no offer of a refund when I messaged Jey and told him (see photo). Apart from the bed being uncomfortable we had to put up with noisy residents which went on until 3.30 am then we were wakened up at 8am with someone banging on the front door and having a very loud argument with someone. If ur fussy about where u stay then avoid this place

Great room

On a bus route straight into city centre , so no need for taxis unless coming back late. Very comfortable beds , and kettle and supplies upon arrival. Not en suite but a full shower / toilet room to each floor. Very good value for the money.

Nothing at all would definitely stay again.

Great place with really friendly assistance. Lots of space in the communal areas and a comfortable bed

The area wouldn't be best for tourists looking for nice views etc but only one train stop into Liverpool and plenty to do. My stay was for work, so was located perfectly for myself and is great for an overnight stay

It was very good value and I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

A couple of good nights sleep

It was very fresh and clean, nice and helpful staff. Very nice and well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook your own food. Good bus connections with the bus stop right outside the accommodation. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

You get a great value for your money!

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the main city of Liverpool and there also runs a a bus from right in front of the house!
