About this cottage rental
This lovely, first-floor apartment resting on the coast in Port Isaac, Cornwall and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
Gulland is a marvellous, first-floor apartment settled in Port Isaac, Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to three guests. There is also a kitchen and living/dining room. Outside there is off-road parking for one small car in the garage, and a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. For a coastal stay tor remember, look no further than Gulland.
Amenities: Night storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, Tassimo coffee machine and washing machine. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc in rent but this property does not provide towels, please remember to bring your own or hire some. Off-road parking for 1 small car in the garage. Rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture (the property does not provide collapsable garden chairs/loungers due to health and safety concerns but guests are welcome to bring their own). No pets, no smoking, no vaping and no disposable BBQs. Shop and beach 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Polite reminder: Check-in is from 4:00pm, check-out by 9.30am. Note: The allocated parking space is inside the garage which is located next to a wall, suitable for one small car, dimensions for the garage are: 7 foot wide x 17 foot long x 6 foot high; any vehicle too wide to park in the garage must be parked in the nearby car park after dropping off luggage, there is no alternative parking at the property, the owner asks that you are fully aware of the restricted parking facility before booking, so you can make arrangements ahead of time if needed for alternative parking and to avoid any disappointment while staying, the owner is not responsible for costs incurred should your car exceed the dimensions suitable for the allocated garage space, the cost per car at present is £10.50 per 24 hour stay in the local car park that you drive through to get to the property.
Note: This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility, please consider this when booking (access is via a curved external staircase up to the main door on the first floor and there is a step up in the garden, please take care). Note: Children under the age of 12 are not accepted at this property.
