Reasonable for the price

Apartment was lovely and stylish, great shower and kitchen.

Beds were uncomfortable, marks on bedding.Towels were poor with marks and rips. Was also cold. No toilet roll.

Thnk heaven 4 an apartment. Rained 3 days; taxi no-show and the museums and galleries on strike.

Location was good - near the Cathedral; bus routes. Bold St with loads of restaurants / bars etc easy walking distance

Sound proofing . . an army of toddlers upstairs?

A Gem in the Heart of Liverpool

The property was clean and spacious. The location was perfect making it the ideal base when we were out exploring. When I visit Liverpool again, I will most definitely book here again.

Nice apartment, clean and good location

Very close to the Philharmonic and not far from the city centre

Booking said we had 1 bedroom, 1 lounge with sofa bed and the bathroom had a bath and shower. When arrived there's was just a shower, so I messaged to query. Was informed only the apartments holding 10 people had a bath. Not a huge issue but I specifically wanted a bath and the site was misleading

La situacion del apartamento. A pocos minutos andando de Liverpool One, pero en una calle muy tranquila, apenas habia ruido. La limpieza del apartamento era excelente y habia de todo. Incluso el detalle de dejar cafe y te. Check in muy facil

La nevera hacia un ruido considerable de noche y era un poco molesto para quien dormia en el sofa cama. Eche en falta una mesa donde poder comer....Nuestro apartamento solo tenia una habitacion con cama de matrimonio y sofa cama.

Fantastic accommodation.. will definitely book again for our regular visits to Liverpool

Location was perfect.. close to city Center.. the docks and more. Clean, beautifully decorated and lovely host. Communication was instant and really simple

Lovely expeirenxe would definitely stay again!

The apartment it’s self is very well set out lovely space for 6-8 people. The room was clean, light and had a very welcoming feel. Beds were like sleeping clouds, sofa beds not so much but they are still relatively comfortable. The street was very quiet for a ground floor flat we heard nothing all night.

Not all of the windows opened up so it did get warm in there when the sun was out, but all blinds worked and provided shade when needed.

Great - kids want to visit again!

Very clean, modern property in a great location. Very good communication from 80 by Elite making checking in and out Very easy. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom lovely! Wifi worked well for us no issues at all. No noise issues for us - even being close to the city centre. Location good - walking distance to Liverpool One and Albert Docks.

The apartment got hot on the second day, with no AC, it might have been helpful to know how to open the windows more? They were on a lock (great for families with kids) if we'd been there for a second night I would have messaged to ask and I'm sure they would have been helpful with this too!

Disappointing experience

Well located, close to the station and the city centre, as well as the cathedral and Chinese quarter. The managing team was efficient. We had a power outage that was quickly solved with good communication.

As mentioned, there are several apartments linked with the advert and you don't know which one you'll get. We ended up with the blue one (blue sofa and bed head), which is a basement, with a window you can't open. Almost no natural light and a lot of humidity (our towels never dried on a 4 nights trip, which was pretty uncomfortable). Linens and towels were not perfectly clean (stains). Besides, there is no door to the bedroom, no table or chairs to have lunch/breakfast. It is maybe OK for a couple, but it is definitely not for a 3 people stay, which is confirmed by the bad sofa.

Really good area, 10 mins walk away from Liverpool One and all of the nightlife and really easy to get to. The place itself was lovely and clean.

Fab Perfect little spot for city exploring

Perfect little place for me to stay with my children. Kitchen allowed me to cater for my sons eating needs Love the old building and stair cases. Perfect spot to remember location being near the Catherdral.

With being south facing was so warm if I could have opened the side door would have helped us be more comfortable.

Fantastic value for a group of friends

Fast and friendly communication, easy self check-in, really clean and lovely apartment with comfortable beds.

Only thing lacking was a sweeping brush and shower gel/shampoo, though I probably should've thought of bringing the latter myself.

The location was fantastic, close to Liverpool 1, and local halal foods just around the corner, the apartment is located in a safe and quiet place which we enjoyed our late afternoon strolls.The apartment was small but comfortable with all modern amenities.

The owner of the property was the most helpful person I've came across when booking somewhere to stay , she was so pleasant and helped with so many things , would strongly reccomend going to this property and staying brilliant location close to anything you need , comfortable stay and clean inside the property beds was comfortable and very spacious.

UNREAL, We will 100% be booking back here!

The apartment felt like such a treat, It felt like luxury. Really affordable when split between friends. The space and openness was beautiful.

During the May bank Holiday weekend the weather was in the 20s, It was hot especially in the apartment. We would of liked to be able to open the windows more. We would of also liked to off been able to use the balcony space or back garden area.
