About this apartment rental
One of Seward’s Historical Downtown buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days. This building has been hosting guests for over 100 years!
This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is centrally located in the heart of downtown. Just 1 block from Resurrection Bay and the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Great walking path 1 block away. Small but quaint.
Other things to note
Upstairs unit so stairs are required

We had a very pleasant stay. A lot of care and thought went into this fully renovated apartment. The host was responsive and the check-in process was a breeze.

It seems like this property is in a building that is managed by someone other than this host because the unit itself is immaculate and very charming; however, the outside door is completely covered in mold and the inside hallways to other units are in serious need of some fresh paint and also smell of mold. Other than that, we would definitely book this again! You can walk anywhere you need to and parking was a breeze.

What a charming little one bedroom apartment in Seward. Perfect for our family of four. The apartment had everything we needed.

Where to start?!? Old food was found in refrigerator. Cheap coffee maker leaked water all over the counter and wouldn't make coffee, merely hot water. Also, it had mold in it. Bathroom is extremely tiny.
I am disabled: we requested ADA accessible on VRBO and were not informed that this unit is on the second floor and only accessible via outdoor stairs.

Enjoyed our stay. We were close to Sea Life Museum and "main street". Thanks!
