The gorgeous back lanai faces the canal and offers the ultimate outdoor living experience with an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a sink, and a mini-fridge. Take your barbecues up to the next level with this feature! The true star of this home is the sparkling heated pool with a custom pool spa and a waterfall that overlook the peaceful canal. Treat yourself to a soothing time in the pool spa while the rest of the group unwinds and cools down in the beautiful pool after a terrific day! The poolside lounge area offers another great gathering spot before or after pool time. Boaters better pay attention! The dock offers a boat lift, jet ski lifts, and even room to sunbathe on the deck.
This fully renovated (inside and out) home includes volume, tray and coffered ceilings, crown molding, impact windows, impact sliders, a generator, and everything needed for a comfortable and breezy stay. The interior will have you in awe the moment you step inside. Upon entering, a spacious living room welcomes you with inviting furniture and direct access to the formal dining room and wet bar. This wet bar is nothing like others - you will find all the utensils needed to prepare delicious cocktails and mocktails, a wine cooler, and a stainless steel heavy-duty hand press. From here, you can easily access the chef's kitchen which is a dream come true! Perfect for entertaining, the kitchen includes a built-in desk, an island with a sink, a breakfast bar, a gas cooktop, and many more appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The great room invites you to spread out comfortably and enjoy a restful time with your family and friends. Watch a favorite show or movie on the cable TV after an entertaining and refreshing time at the pool. If any of you needs to work or study remotely while on vacation, this home also has an impressive office with a desk and a computer.
The primary suite offers a comfortable seating area with direct views of the canal and back lanai, tray ceiling, walk-in closets, and an unbelievably beautiful en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The other bedrooms provide guests with endless privacy and comfort. All bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming services they can use with their own log-ins. Additional perks include a dedicated laundry room with a sink and a washer/dryer.

Guests cannot use the boat lift, but they can tie a boat to the dock (the waterway for boats is 12 feet at high tide and around 8 feet at low tide).
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Boat lifts are not for guest use.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
