Apartamento de lujo

La habitación muy espaciosa y con muchos armarios. El baño muy amplio, con 2 lavabos, ducha y bañera exenta. Muy bien decorado y con un olor a eucalipto muy agradable en todas las estancias. La comunicación con el propietario muy fluida por WhatsApp. Se trata de una urbanización privada y puedes aparcar en cualquier sitio, siempre que no obstaculices la circulación. Recomendado 100%

En mi habitación no vi la botella de vino que comentan algunos inquilinos

Lindo, limpio y superior a lo que se publica.

El lugar en general es comodo, muy acojedor el lugar y con todo lo necesario y hasta un poco más. Se sentio un lugar seguro y buena ubicacion para entrar y salir (llevamos auto rentado). Baño muy limpio, casi todo en general muy ordenado y limpio. Solo agregaría que señalaran la entrada al baño, no lo encontrabamos jejeje.

La zona es un poco obscura y confuso el acceso al fraccionamiento (no es problema del alojamiento), cuando llegamos las personas de limpieza salieron corriendo. No tuvimos problema pero nos parecio raro, y dejaron la alberca con algunas como morusas de jabon o asi. No tuvimos problema con eso pero si fue un detalle a mejorara.

Wonderful stay in modern Tulum

Beautiful modern room with a plunge pool. Also part of a private compound so very safe and great feel

The location is a little far, so definitely need bikes or a scooter but the host was great with providing contacts for these. The room wasn’t serviced at all during stay which I didn’t know, and you had to pay extra to have it serviced. Would have been good to know this advance, as nice to have fresh towels after a couple of days. Lastly as you can’t drink water in Mexico some bottles of water in the fridge would have been great (there was a small jug but had to go purchase big bottles to use)

In dieser Unterkunft fehlt es einem an nichts. Dank Iza haben wir alle Informationen schon vorweg bekommen, sodass Check-in und Co. sehr einfach waren. Kann die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Perfect location, safe area, central to both Downtown Tulum, La Valeta, Aldea Zama, and the beach.

This property is an absolute dream. The location, aesthetic, and helpfullness of the staff met our high standards beyond our expectation. It's perfectly located in a gated community so it feels extremely safe. It's also nearby a ton of cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops. I really loved our stay and will be back to Teva Tulum!

Beautiful apartment to spend your time in Tulum.

Beautifully decorated room, well maintained and clean upon arrival. Nice outdoor bath, with adjacent hammock.

A bit too much noise from the adjacent street; since our apartment was on the backside of the building.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, schade nur dass sie nicht zentral liegt

Das Zimmer ist super modern mit toller Ausstattung und Liebe zum Detail! Bad ein absoluter Hammer mit dem Fenster über die ganze Höhe in der Dusche. Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, ansonsten kontaktlos. Man wird instruiert und bekommt einen Code als Schlüssel.

Neben der Anlage wird gebaut und die Anlage liegt direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße (hinter der Mauer). Teilweise wurde bis 21 Uhr gearbeitet. Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal. Man liegt weder richtig im Zentrum noch am Strand (offensichtlich). Restaurants gibt es kaum fußläufig und Straßenbeleuchtungen gibt es auch nicht. Uns war es abends etwas mulmig als „Gringos“ alleine im Dunkeln durch die Gassen zu laufen. Aber wir waren auch erst 3 Tage in Mexiko und sind nur 2 Nächte in Tulum geblieben …

Gran alojamiento que no te decepcionará

El departamento es ideal para ir a desconectarte del ruido de la ciudad, está en una aldea en construcción muy tranquila con acceso controlado. El alojamiento en sí tiene todo lo necesario para hospedarte cómodamente, tiene un estilo único, y han manejado muy bien los detalles, todo funciona bien aquí, desde la iluminación hasta la ducha, desde la televisión hasta la piscina privada, la cocina, cafetera, aire acondicionado, zonas de descanso, internet, parking, TODO!! Se han preocupado de dejar unos básicos en la zona cocina, café, té, endulzante, sal, agua potable en el refrigerador, incluso una botella de vino chilena con 2 copas, se pasaron por el esmero, superaron mis expectativas. A pesar que tuvimos problemas con la reserva de la habitación y nos la cambiaron, recomendaría éste alojamiento si o si, y volvería a quedarme aquí si visito nuevamente Tulum. A mi esposo y a mi nos encantó nuestra estancia en TEVA Tulum.

El único detalle de éste alojamiento es el acceso a la aldea, ya que es pésimo, las calles están en mal estado, son de tierra con grandes hoyos, justo el día que llegamos había llovido, y además era de noche, el sector no está muy central ni tampoco cuenta con iluminación, por lo que nos costó mucho lograr llegar en la oscuridad en un lugar desconocido. Sin auto está difícil acceder. Hay muchas zonas como ésta en Tulum que están sin asfaltar ya que están en construcción, es una ciudad en crecimiento por lo que pude observar.

I loved my stay, the staff was attentive and it’s just such a beautiful penthouse that I didn’t want to leave the house

Absolutely gorgeous interior, I fell in love!

Location is a bit away from restaurants and cafes. Would have been nice to have something around to walk to and not having to get a taxi. Would have been also nice to have bycycles at the property. They have a provider but the bike was in such a bad condition and tyres half flat that I needed to get the guy to come and change the bike and it was also expensive for an old bike.

Interior goals with jungle feeling, just the perfect place to unwind! :-)

The interior was beautiful, communication with the hosts very nice and smooth via Whatsapp, I felt very safe and was able to unwind at this beautiful place. The balkony was one of my favourite aspects, the apartment is surrounded by plants so you always get the feeling you are in the jungle and in the mornings you will be wakened by exotic birds ;-) Also the bathroom is amazing, everything is super new and works perfectly! There is a supermarket around the corner and a really nice Gelateria as well as some restaurants.

The district Aldea Zama is in the build up right now, so there is not that much to discover yet, but new shops and restaurants are being opened every day there so it will look very different some months from now. I would definitely recommend renting either a bike, scooter or car as the distances in Tulum aren‘t really walkable. But with a bike it‘s just 5 minutes to the center :-)

Great contact with the owner, who provided clear step-by-step check-in videos and answered any additional questions very promptly. Overall, a perfect room in the newly built and guarded area (looks exactly like in the photos) - well-thought, with comfortable bed, beautiful green view.

As this area is still being built, you can hear background noises during the day - mostly from the road which led just behind the fence of the property.

Great secluded location in Aldea Zama, however some units run along a super busy road at all hours and some noisy neighbors, particularly over the weekend. No problem if you are spending most of the time out and about, however it could be an issue for someone who makes use of the space for work and/or to spend most of the day.

overall pleasant stay, but could be improved

New facility. Easy to find. Easy self check in and out. Clean. Awesome views. Fast wifi. Great water pressure with hot and cold water (note: hot water took 2m to warm up as advised, and has a salty feel to it). Loved the toiletries included, great local products. Nice team, responsive, Izabel was very friendly and accommodating in person and through messaging. Area felt safe overall. I extended my stays multiple times.

Lots of bugs appeared at night (roaches, black bugs, etc.) and mosquitoes. Got bit every night even when I didn’t open the windows. It’s a jungle area, but I think the building could still make use of some pest control services to make guests experience more comfortable. Unit felt smaller and darker than in photos, especially the living/dining area. Didn’t bother me too much. Kitchen didn’t have basics like salt, pepper, and oil for cooking, I had to cook with what I got. TV streamings you need your own accounts (which I didn’t have so can’t really stream Netflix as I would’ve liked).

Wonderful, would definitely come back again!

Iza was wonderful in communications before I arrived as well as during my arrival, departure and afterwards. The apartment was lovely and very spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable and a great kitchenette setup.

A cockroach came into my bathroom, but part of the tropical life :)

our stay at TEVA Tulum was great Yaniv, Isabel and Ilan are very communicative and pleasant host.

The apartament is just the photos indicate, very clean, well furnished breezy and well equiped. The location is away from noise Tulum Village. Location is close to beach, shopping restaurants etc
